I stayed at this hotel. On the plus side, it is quiet both inside and outside the hotel as the hotel is located far from the road. The suite room is spacious, the room is large and there is additional furniture. This is where all the advantages end.
And so check-in at 13:00 I arrive at 13:05 I am asked to wait since the room is not ready yet, the cleaner was cleaning. I've been waiting for 25 minutes since I arrived.
I go into the room and such a picture opens up. The furniture is absolutely all old, I would say decrepit, the mattress on the bed sagged, all the furniture is old, I also thought that maybe they made it old, it turned out not. The doors are all Soviet, both the entrance and inside, it is not clean, not tidy, the whole bed is stained, both the blanket and the sheets were changed to another bed, the same thing, the cleaner said that these stains do not wash off. They forgot to put the necessary accessories in the bathroom, so they had to call the staff again. The pillowcases on the pillows were damp, because after replacing the pillowcase, they put on a pillowcase that was not yet dry.
The table was all sticky, as I understood it, they didn't even wipe it.
The TV surprised me at all, the diagonal is 32 cm, the bullets are broken into junk, but it still functioned somehow, the TV is ordinary, which does not connect to the Internet, and on which there are only 27 channels, some of which are blocked due to lack of signal since they are connected to satellite TV and some stupidly music channels.
Cleaning is not done from the word at all, I went to the city for a while on business, I hung a sign on the door handle where it says about the need to clean the room, I arrive after 6 hours, the corridor was and remained, the benefit of the admin himself saw and asked whether the cleaning was done or not. Since they don't give you the keys to the room, the admin himself goes with you and opens the room, also strangely, when the admin asked about cleaning, the maid asked in surprise what cleaning was needed, I was very surprised.
In general, I will sum up one thing, there are a lot of minuses than pluses. Therefore, I do not advise staying there, the maid is alone in the entire hotel, cleanliness and service leaves much to be desired.
A cozy hotel. The location is convenient. The staff is responsive, responds to requests instantly. Not expensive. The deluxe room is large. Clear. No unnecessary odors. I liked everything👍 I recommend choosing DELUXE - the price difference is symbolic, and the room is 2 times larger
The rooms are clean but in need of renovation. We stayed at this hotel two years ago. What was then and now is a big difference, I'm disappointed. For Russian tourists, the price at the hotel is multiplied by two. Previously, breakfast was included in the price, now it is not. Wi-Fi works every other time, endless remarks to children, you can't leave the room without a T-shirt, "We don't walk like that." You can't talk in the hallway or in the room, they're noisy. Nevertheless, the locals come to procreate, the sounds are appropriate, this is normal for them. The disappointment is complete, biased, negative attitude towards Russian tourists.
The price does not match the quality. The cleanliness of bed linen and towels leaves much to be desired. The heating in the room was not turned on. A polite girl at the reception, did not hesitate to wind her curls with a curling iron. Broken electronic door keys. A cleaner who insistently clarifies the room number, otherwise she needs to clean up if the guests move out, as if she will not be informed on the lobby. Wi-Fi without an Internet connection. Instagram has extremely pleasant rils, but in fact everything is not so rosy. I stayed for a day, overcoming the desire to leave the same evening to another hotel.
A very cozy place, we stayed several times! The atmosphere is perfect, and the staff is hospitable! Administrator Anastasia is very pleasant, responsible, attentive! Greets visitors like family!!! We are their regular guests now!!!
Mehmonxona yaxshi o’rtacha darajada. Lekin xonani kalitni berilmasligi yoqmadi. Hafta oxirlari har doimgi narxdan balant qoyishar ekan. Instagramdagi narxni korib borgandim.
There are a lot of shortages. I would advise you to look after the order and cleanliness of the rooms, cozy, polite staff, a lot of noise because of the renovation could not relax during the day. The price is acceptable
There is a problem with the hot water supply, the room is not heated, the faucet in the bathroom is cut off, the air conditioner is generally a pathetic parody. Blankets with traces of biological secretions and hair of previous visitors. And this despite the fact that the SUITE!!! I hope I haven't picked up any kind of infection...((
You can hear the toilet flushing from above, as if water is falling on you.
The doors creak terribly. It was worth opening / closing, the girl woke up.
We heard everyone in the hallway. Because there is a gap of 2 fingers between the floor and the door.
The electronic key did not work at check-in, the next day at 14 o'clock they gave another one. Before that, you had to ask to come with me, to open a universal.
At 2:30 a.m., I was woken up by a call, asked to cancel my reservation, because allegedly I made 2 reservations through booking. I had to go downstairs and show them that I had made only one reservation, and then they canceled it for me. What kind of nonsense is this? Again, I had to ask them to follow me to open the door.
WiFi was not taken out, I could not do work for 2 days.
There is 1 large towel in the double room.
Empty dispensers with gel and shampoo.
At least I decided it through a call.
They do not put water bottles (although they put them in hotels in Tashkent with a lower price)
In November there is no heating.
And this is for $42/day!
From the good, the buffet is a little more plentiful than the others.
Parking is problematic, there is no breakfast, there are wardrobes in standard rooms, only hangers, but there is nowhere to hang clothes with them. Especially with winter clothes it is inconvenient
I stayed at this hotel in October 2022. This is one of the worst hotels in Tashkent where I have been. I booked through booking, and was asked to cancel the reservation upon arrival. The staff frankly scores on the guests, there is no hospitality in principle. There is no elevator in the hotel, no one offered to help with a suitcase. In 4 days, they have never cleaned, despite requests. The sound insulation is poor, the furniture in the rooms is old. The entrance cards are demagnetized. Breakfast ends before the designated time. In general, it's a disappointment. I have something to compare it with, I still need to look for such a hotel in Tashkent. The main complaint is the inhospitable attitude of the staff.

Great hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff is also good. There is parking, a quiet place. It is located in the center. The atmosphere is also good. Food to order
They moved to this hotel from another one, which was stripped of its license to register residents. They gave me a room right behind the reception, which was always very noisy. The room is small, moderately clean, and the Wi-Fi worked intermittently. The main problems were said with the bathroom, in which the light was not on, which was not done for three days; liquid soap was poured into a crumpled used water bottle, and when asked to pour into the holder, it completely flowed out onto the floor overnight. In the morning, water flowed from the bathroom ceiling, and the last highlight on the cake was a cockroach that hung out in the sink the morning before our departure :)
Unfortunately, the rating on the booking does not match the stated one. The hotel is not serviced by staff. Immediately from the moment of check-in, they wanted to cash out the amount above the stated amount by $ 30, referring to it as tax and so on, it's good that everything is indicated in the Booking.
They do not give a check, accept cash or transfer to their card.
After check-in, the staff of the hotel themselves took off the reservation at the booking that allegedly the guests did not check into the hotel, and this is with every visitor during this period. I would like to note that according to the booking rules, they have a penalty for automatically debiting 100% of the amount for the entire booking period. I had to swear to get the fine lifted .
Be careful, otherwise you will also earn ugly money
A very pleasant hotel. Good location in the center of Tashkent. Attentive and helpful staff, speaking Russian. The rooms are clean. Pilaf, specially prepared for the guests, is above all praise! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and help! Good luck and prosperity!
The key to the door. I didn't work, the breakfasts are meager, the so-called buffet is, attention.... at all..1 Plate with laid-out sausage , a plate with laid-out cheese and a plate with cookies are like orio , they give two fried eggs and a sausage cut in half , tea bags and coffee three in one..
The staff is good, the room is large and clean, the electricity in the hotel was systematically cut off , there was strong audibility in the rooms , we lived with a team of girls next door, and screams of yelling day and night, it did not work out to relax , the character did not react
We did not receive breakfast, although they were included in the room rate in the booking. On the spot, we were told that the kitchen was not working, like it was not the season. The walls are too thin, other people's children were mad from the bottom of their hearts and slammed doors, they made it very difficult to sleep..
Bad. Everything is simple in the photo and it is much better than reality. The room is dirty, not cleaned directly - floors, bathroom, sink... There was no soap. After contacting the reception, the cleaner brought it. There was no hair dryer - the same cleaner offered to knock on the next room - she heard that the guests were drying themselves with a hairdryer - and ask them.
Darkness in general ((( Old dead furniture, the same area.
A view of the neighboring country and the roofs of these favelas.
One of the advantages is a clean bed, the price.
