We came one Saturday, as usual, ordered a barbecue, it was poorly marinated. That's what they told us - because of the large flow, the chefs can't cope.

Самое лучшее кафе в городе Алматы для меня! Самый лучший администратор Елена, очень грамотная, внимательная и доброжелательная к гостям, всегда приветливая, всегда поможет и подскажет в выборе блюд и напитков. Ходим с друзьями и родственниками на протяжении 8-9 лет, отмечаем и праздники и корпоративы, обалденная кухня, умеренные цены и очень вежливый персонал. Рекомендую всем!

Понравилось все,был семейный ужин,отмечали мой день рождение,кухня понравилась,шашлыки - особенно рёбрышки были очень вкусные.Счет был адекватен,мы много заказали,даже все не осилили,любезно предоставили разовую посуду и все запаковали,единственное в других заведениях именинникам делают небольшую скидку или презент. В остальном остались довольны и кухней, и обслуживанием! Спасибо!

Вот вроде и все хорошо - разнообразное меню, большие порции, много места, но как то все убого: и обстановка, и подача блюд (складывается ощущение, что салаты просто вывалили на блюдо и сразу принесли), шашлыки, не смотря на хвалебные отзывы здесь, ну так себе, вот честно, а поведение официантки это что то - она ни разу не улыбнулась, не поинтересовалась нравится ли, всем своим видом давала понять "как вы меня достали". Резюме: такая хорошая твердая тройка. Но больше не пойдем и рекомендовать никому не будем.

Идеальное место, чтоб вкусно покушать !!! Хачапури - это шедевр !
Гуля официант , очень внимательна и очаровательна ! Очень понравилось, подали еду быстро , что приятно удивило, т.к торопились в аэропорт !!!

Принесли хинкали волос, шашлык принесли волос, администратор и официант видели все проверили, самое ужасное, никто не извинился, мы оплатили счет, вообще эти позиции должны были убрать из счета, я сама в Ресторанах работаю более 8 лет, кроме того мы оплатили счет ушли, за нами бежала официант до такси, будто мы сбежали, позор, Администратор не извинилась даже, я потребовала телефон учредителей - чтобы передать обратную связь, она дважды обманула и дала личные номера. Мы в Марани с самого открытия справляем банкеты, проводим все семейные мероприятия, и в неделю 2 раза приезжаем на шашлык, но сервис желает лучшего. Я молчу про свой день рождения когда праздновала, гости не приехали, а нам на стол уже горячее подали, я в шоке была. Только 1 девочка в этом ресторане официант, которая обучена Horeca и первоклассному сервису обслуживания достойна работать здаеь. Учредителям вообще все равно, ко мне на связь не вышли ни оба администратора, ни управляющий, не учредитель, ни арт директор! Мы с открытия у Вас, в месяц более 500 000 тг в Вашей кассе оставляем, халатное отношение!

Еда и обслуживание понравилась, оформления кафе приятно удивили,чисто, персонал вежливый! Мало музыки и очень дорого! Цены не по разряду блюд! В общем впечатления не плохое ! Будут лишние деньги зайдём ещё раз!
