We had a rest in March 2025. The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from Sharjah airport, there is a beautiful promenade nearby, many cafes and restaurants, Fast food, markets with a large selection.
The room is stylish, decorated in a restrained color scheme, has everything you need, including kitchen utensils, stove, refrigerator, washing machine. It's great to have a private terrace where you can sit in the evenings and enjoy the view.
There is also a clothes dryer on the balcony, which is very convenient.
The only thing is that the room is separated from the next one by an interior door and this makes it very audible. We were lucky, there was a guy next door, we didn't hear him, but if there was a quiet family and a couple, then the rest could be ruined.
The service was excellent, cleaned every day, requests were fulfilled very promptly. The reception staff is friendly, new visitors are greeted with dates and coffee.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, beautiful, stands out among the skyscrapers familiar to the UAE, surrounded by greenery, just a paradise, surrounded by greenery and birdsong.
There is a small swimming pool on site, although we did not go there, we went to the sea. There is a daily shuttle service to Al Khan Beach.
The food is decent at the nearby Hilton, the Apollo, and we really enjoyed it.
In general, my husband and I were very satisfied!

A great place to relax and be alone with your family. It's a quiet place, there's no animation, we didn't need it. When leaving the green territory of the hotel with small houses, you immediately get to the embankment on one side, and the city on the other side. Shops, market, pharmacy, parks are within walking distance. In the evening, you can walk to the singing fountain. The hotel has a swimming pool, a bus goes to Al Khan beach every morning at 9:00, back at 13:00, towels are provided at the hotel. If you return by taxi, then 13.5 dirhams, this is the minimum amount, and everywhere, according to the meter, but not less. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at a nearby hotel are monotonous, but for some reason they do not bother, everything is delicious. The whole house was booked at once, as previously there was a review that poor sound insulation and food smells. When we settled in, we understood. There are 2 rooms in the house, their cost is different, one room with a kitchen (dishes on request), one without a kitchen, separated by an interior door with a gap at the bottom, definitely neighbors or you will interfere with each other. The bathroom of room 701 is equipped with handrails for people with disabilities. I really liked it.

The hotel is great! Buffet, the food is delicious. There is a swimming pool, large enough with sun beds and free towels. The location is great, there is a place to walk in the evening. Nearby there are shops, an exchange office, a McDonald's. There is a shuttle service to the beach in the morning at 9 and back at 13, several buses go, everyone was cleaned. The staff does not speak Russian, but we coped with the translator. It's not a problem. I liked everything.

You can alternate pools and gyms in two hotels)) Delicious coffee with citrus fruits and dates at the reception. It's an oasis among the skyscraper hotels, where even the windows can't be opened everywhere. And Sharjah as a whole has become the optimal location for holidays in the Emirates, lively, green, moderately conservative, moderately modern, with gorgeous beaches and a comfortable living environment. We had a rest at the hotel in early December. Positive:
Pleasant territory, cozy, green. Normal more or less breakfasts, a beautiful restaurant in holiday Inn, where breakfasts are held. Bed linen is changed every day, towels too, if you throw them on the floor. Shampoos, gel, soap, tea, coffee, water are all replenished without problems and even more than necessary, there is a transfer to the beach and to the Dubai shopping center (we did not use it, the time was not convenient, we took a taxi ourselves), a very comfortable bed.
Cons: The hotel is tired, requires a general cleaning of everything that is possible, and repairs! The furniture is old, there are layers of dust in the corners, the sofa in the living room is very dirty, the mattress on it is also very worn.
There are a lot of crows and cats on the territory, in the morning they all scream from 5 o'clock and wake up, it's annoying. For some reason, the guests feed all these animals and this makes them even more.
The most unpleasant thing: we were first settled in room 4502, this is the second floor in a house by the road and right next to the reception. After the road, we fell asleep and did not pay much attention to the very very noisy ventilation or something like that, the sound is like from a very loud washing machine, the sound does not stop, we spent two nights there and almost went crazy, asked to change the room, which no one was even surprised, all the employees already know that there is such a problem. Please note that only Russians are accommodated in this room, and a family was also settled right after us. We were moved to room 302 with its own lawn (we asked for one of these), the room turned out to be for the disabled, it was even dirtier than 4502, the doors were dirty, the curtains were dirty, just a nightmare, dust in all corners. There is not even a small partition in the bathroom between the toilet and the shower, as a result, there is always water and dirt everywhere in the bathroom, you have to walk in beach slippers in the room. Also about the pool, it is very deep, it is not convenient for children, there is something like a children's pool under the roof, there is mold all around, like some kind of paddock. Holiday Inn has a much nicer pool, but we still haven't figured out if we can use it. This is certainly not 4 stars at all. We would not have gone to this hotel 100% a second time.

It's good there)) we visited in January, the price/quality ratio is quite adequate. Friendly staff, comfortable stay. The hotel is located in the city, within walking distance of the Blue Market and a wonderful cafe with local cuisine, but there is a sense of rural seclusion. In the mornings, we were woken up by the chirping of birds and a beautiful view of the embankment.

We were checked into junior suite 202. We liked everything very much, it was clean, every day we washed, cleaned, changed towels, added soap and shampoo. The room has a TV without Russian channels only, Wi-Fi. The hotel grounds themselves are clean and well maintained. The pool and its employees are also respected and highly appreciated. We went to a nearby hotel to eat, it takes about 2 minutes on the road, slowly. We really liked everything, the food, the service. The very location of the hotel, near the central market. We enjoyed our vacation!!! Thanks to the hotel owner and all the staff. Yes, there was also a tea station, tea, coffee, sugar, and water are constantly being replenished.

Very good location, lots of places within walking distance. I really liked the food, a decent choice every day, even in a nearby hotel...10 minutes at a very leisurely pace through the hotel. Room: everything is fine, WiFi in the hotels is super, we watched TV on TLF. cleaning daily. Swimming pool, luxury sauna. It is better to travel with a company of 5-8 people to occupy the whole house. Transfer to the beach was no problem, there were a lot of people a couple of times, but the buses to the neighboring hotels (across the street) were empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiters, the rescuers were from the CIS...Russian speakers, we hardly bothered the guide. We didn't go on excursions, we were already everywhere. Before lunch, the beach, after lunch, we walked a lot around Sharjah (gold, fish market, mega mall, city center, racing on the canal). Dollars of 2008 are easily changed, the exchange rate is 3.63. Well, do not forget to bargain, the price may be 2 times lower. Dubai chocolate 200 g. 20 dirhams, if you bargain, then 17 dirhams. 18K gold 265 dirhams-8000 rubles per gram for cartier (as the price of scrap in Moscow), bought as a gift for children, crocs 156 dirhams 4500 rubles. Perfume, clothes are cheaper than duty free... Probes (tester) don't take it, the price is clear. If the price is at the same level or more expensive than in Moscow, then you did not bargain. I liked everything well. We lived on the 1st floor with our own lawn. Nutrition is like eating sausage pasta. The staff is polite, which is a plus. They cleaned up when I asked them to clean up without any problems. It is better to know English, the staff does not speak Russian well. For 9 days, a family of 3 people was paid 159 tr. There is everything nearby, you can take it without food if you want. Transfer to the beach only once round trip. Their beach is clean to clean. There is no garbage.

The hotel feels very mixed. We had a family vacation from December 23 to January 3. Meals are served at the nearby Holiday International Hotel, and everything is great. The only thing is that there may not be enough seats during rush hour. Marbella is a bit "tired" of renovation, but the rooms have everything, daily cleaning. The pool is large and heated, and towels are provided right where the rescuers are sitting. A free shuttle service to the nearest metro departs at 9:00 in the morning, you can get to almost any point. From there, he picks up at 2 p.m. and takes you to the hotel. There is a good Playground, a large garden area and greenery. If you go without children, I would choose closer to the center, but definitely here for a family holiday.

We had a vacation in April 2024 with friends.
A small village in the center of the city, that's what I would call this place. Cozy, comfortable, small one- and two-storey buildings. We had a separate one-storey villa with two entrances. Inside there is a kitchen and a huge living room.
For the kitchen, they brought us the basic things we needed (plates, utensils, pots, pans). We had lunch at the villa and had dinner at restaurants. There is a small very warm (heated) swimming pool on the territory. There were very few people, although the houses were all occupied. Therefore, spending time by the pool is relaxation.
In the morning, after breakfast (breakfast at the hotel), a bus arrives, which takes you to the beach, and picks you up from there, but you can also come by taxi if you are going to chill at the sea all day.
The breakfasts are good, not very varied, but we had enough. Porridge, eggs, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, vegetables, juices, coffee, sweets.
The lawn on the territory is well-groomed, the territory is not very large, but "its own". Nearby, to go out through the gate, there is already a walking area, as they say, from the ship to the ball! From here you can reach the center of Sharjah and local attractions. Convenient location!
The only drawback is that there is no bar by the pool as such, where you could come up and order non-alcoholic cocktails or juices. There is a menu, they can cook and bring juice.
My impression is 5 points. I recommend

In general, everything is fine, but it was a bit annoying that you constantly had to ask to bring to the room what was originally supposed to be there - chairs, a dryer, bed linen for the sofa, there are absolutely no dishes in the room with a kitchen, only plates, no appliances, no pots, no pans, etc., the room itself with the kitchen is spacious, the furniture in the kitchen is patched up, but tolerable, at first we checked into the junior suite room, it's like a dresser, dark, cramped, old renovation, paid extra and moved into a room with a kitchen. The staff is smiling, the breakfasts are not bad.

Pros: the location is gorgeous, there are many shops, cafes, a fresh fish market where you can cook it, a promenade and a private exit to it from the hotel, villas with their own green lawn with palm trees, a table and chairs on the veranda in the evening you can sit..The staff solved all the problems as they arrived.Cleaning is daily, everyone brings what you ask.
Cons: there is no sound insulation inside the villa, the room is separated from the next room by an ordinary door, the neighbors got noisy with 4 children, respectively, for those who are picky and love silence there will be a problem. The playground was closed, apparently for repairs.

Food: we only have breakfast, not very diverse, but there is a small choice
Location: the hotel is located almost in the center, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, in addition to local ones, KFC, Burger King are within walking distance.
There is a large shopping center nearby, there is an embankment, a water park and a Ferris wheel in walking distance (but, in the heat, it is better to take a taxi).
Taxis are all state-owned, they don't cheat and everyone has the same price tag.
Rooms: comfortable, large. There is a kitchen in the room, only kitchen utensils have to be asked by the staff.
You can also ask for a clothes dryer and extra bed linen, if necessary. There is an ironing board and an iron in the room.
The rooms located on the ground floor have their own terrace.
There is a bus to the beach every morning. You can get back by taxi, or by the same bus, the only inconvenience is the schedule (comes to the beach after 13, when it's very hot)
Beach towels can be rented at the hotel.
In general, the hotel is satisfied with all issues, there are no complaints)

We had a great rest, the hotel did not disappoint, I chose it for a long time and seriously. I work in a travel agency and I always choose the best option for my vacation. Marbella is the only resort in Sharjah, the whole hotel consists of 2 storey houses, each with one two-room room, the second three-room. The hotel was built in 1976 and completely renovated, everything in the rooms is working properly. The reception speaks only English, all wishes are fulfilled with lightning speed. The pool with cool water is open from 9 to 21. Towels are given separately to the beach separately to the pool, the colors are different.
The bus shuttle takes you to Alkhan beach at 9 there, at 13.00 back. Those who did not manage to squeeze in took a taxi. It takes 10 minutes by taxi, costs 15-17 dirhams.
There is also a shuttle to the Deira City Center in Dubai, we went several times. From there on to the city by metro.
Breakfast is served at a nearby hotel, Sharjah International, with one host at the hotels.
The location is great for Sharjah - the Corniche embankment is 100 meters away, there are all the entertainment, a promenade, singing light and music fountains ...
In general, the 4 * hotel is quite working out.
The sea is warm, clean, the beaches of Alkhan and al Mamzar are beautiful!

The impression is twofold. Among the advantages - an oasis among the concrete jungle, birds, silence, beautiful views of the embankment, transfer to the beach and to the Deira City Center, there is where to walk and where to go.
Among the disadvantages are very unequal living conditions, i.e. if you are settled in a bungalow with room 02, then there will be no kitchen with a microwave, and evening gatherings at a table in a green clearing. All this is located nearby, near the bungalow with the number 01. You'll get the noise from the door and the smells from the kitchen.
But otherwise everything is good enough.

We rested in Marbella from 02.03.24-05.03.24 after a cruise in the Persian Gulf.I wanted peace and quiet after a huge noisy liner with a huge number of people. And here I got it. We lived in Villa 1702, located approximately on the quiet middle line. The villa had two rooms: a living room with a sofa, a table, a TV and a bedroom. Bathroom with shower.In the hallway there was a refrigerator on which there was a small tea area with a kettle, cups, sets of tea and coffee. Two 200 ml bottles of water were added daily.Every morning at 9 a.m. the bus took us to the beach and picked us up at one o'clock in the afternoon. The pool is deep enough to work until 20h, beach towels are also provided there.The breakfasts are good, there is porridge, several hot dishes, good pastries, watermelon, melon.Coffee is brought from the coffee machine at your request.The staff is helpful and friendly.Cozy, calm.We liked it, we want to come back.

Not the first time in Sharjah, I really like Sharjah…Palm trees, greenery. A lovely hotel with a good location near the green lagoon. There is a place to walk. The food (breakfast) is good, pancakes, omelets, sausages, fruits, vegetables, desserts. Everything is delicious and satisfying. The staff speaks English. we checked in as we arrived at 11 am. The rooms are good, two-room.There is a kettle and a hairdryer in the room. There is a balcony, a table there, chairs. The pool worked alone, heated. There is a bus to the beach.they take you to Alkhan beach (10 -15 minutes). We took a taxi a couple of times for 350-400 rubles. There is a bus station not far from the hotel, you can take a bus to the metro, and then to Dubai. Which we did a couple of times. Nearby is the Steam Train market, where you can buy Arabic perfumes at good prices. There is an exchange office. Near the fruit market, they sell dates. Fish market, you can choose fish or shrimp, which will be cooked there. I liked everything very much. I would definitely return to this hotel. As in the UAE.

Cats come in the evenings. They are very nice, but they always try to get into the house if the door is open.
There is a large pool, but it feels cool enough because of the contrast of air and water (in October, the air heats up to 36 in the afternoon).
Polite staff. There is a transfer to the beach and to Dubai, towels are provided.
The hotel itself has not been new for a long time. There are practically no dishes in the houses with a kitchen, you need to buy. Cosmetics in the rooms are cheap.
But the atmosphere and location are pleasant, near the lagoon, amusement park, pharmacies, supermarkets and cafes.
