Not only do queues arise, the order of precedence is not respected (it was three times and always the same - either someone flies into the brazen, or the florists themselves choose who to serve first). Two times out of three, the pre-order was "lost", but actually sold to someone. I had to choose new flowers and wait for them to be decorated.

A great flower discounter. I am glad that there are more shops and they are geographically dispersed by districts. Flower prices are definitely the best in the city. Florists are responsive and competent. They will always prompt and help you make a bouquet for a certain amount. There is always a queue, but this is not surprising with such prices. The delivery helps out, I paid a couple of rubles and I don't need to stand in line 😉

We ordered flowers every month for two hundred years. Incidents happened all the time: the color of the packaging was mixed up, flowers were ordered, but they were sold anyway, I had to choose others, delivery was delayed, several times I was severely let down before important events, for example: I proposed to get married, wrote to find out about the flowers in a month, told about the event, I was told that they would inform me about the delivery before the date, they didn't tell me, I found out myself, wrote, chose flowers, was ready to pay immediately, they ignored my messages for more than two hours, during which time these flowers were sold, and the choice was from the leftovers. But all the problems were solved, plus or minus. However, patience ran out on the last situation. Bush roses were ordered, fully closed buds came instead of roses, they thought that it was okay, they would nourish and bloom, a day later this did not happen, they wrote to the flower shop for advice on what could be done about it, a lot of dirt immediately poured out in response, all my answers were distorted and paraphrased, the main claims were not answered, ignored, continuous arrow translation. In the case of the pink bouquet, many alternatives were offered, which is very good, fresh roses were returned
In the case of the second bouquet, they offered a 10% discount on the next purchase, a very funny discount, taking into account the bouquet of 150 rubles
It's a shame that this happens in this store every other time, be careful when buying or, in our case, shipping :)

I read positive reviews and am at a loss - probably everything is fake, maybe contractual.
The store is dirty, not neat, like a flower shop, but it is not pleasant. The service is not just long, it is eternal: there were 5 people in front of me and in 50 minutes my turn did not come, while the florists had very sad faces (with such only funeral arrangements to do).
Prices - where does the thesis that it is "very cheap" come from: if you have dropped three kopecks from the average price in the city, then you are already a discounter. In Eureka on Timiryazevo, prices are lower, the service is faster and the girls are smiling.
The quality of the flowers is questionable. They are in the refrigerator for sale, and the ones that were just brought are just in boxes at the entrance (they take care of the quality, so to speak)
My summary is simple - this is a place that requires going around in circles, take care of your time and buy flowers from decent people.
P.S. I never bought flowers.
