Pros: there is a refrigerator, air conditioning, WI-fi (but very weak connection at times, only on the balcony), a variety of home cooking on the ground floor (not expensive), 5 minutes to the sea. The receptionist is polite. The territory is clean and beautiful. Cons: the rooms are small, there is nowhere to turn around, the combined bathroom is also too cramped, they do not give out a large towel, you need to ask for paper, room cleaning is done only at the request of guests. 3 thousand per day is a bit expensive for such a room.

We had a rest at this hotel. Clean, amazing plants. The dining room at the guest house is on the level! There is everything you need, 10 minutes walk to the sea shore. We liked it. Thanks a lot to all the staff! I will recommend it to all my friends!

A good mini-hotel, close to the sea and the street is quiet, a cozy clean courtyard, a good receptionist, a decent room. There are many shops and canteens on the way to the sea and there is a dining room in the house, choose according to your taste. We went to different ones, it's boring to go to the same one. With cafes and restaurants as well, we went to different ones, most of all I liked the "Seagull" on the embankment.

The rooms are budget, when there is no one else, it's fine. In the season, I think you can relax there only under chacha or wine.

The air conditioner hangs on the wall of the room and vibrates with the wall when turned on (I don't know if the air conditioner is cheap, old or the wall is thin). Not that there's nowhere else to hang it, but it makes the eyeliner shorter. The place Novaya Gagra itself has no parks, only an embankment along the sea. The park is in staraya Gagra and it's a long walk to it.

We had a rest in July. The hotel is more like an economy class. Small, uncomfortable rooms, low ceilings, little light in the rooms due to the nearby houses. The shared balcony is cramped, it is not comfortable to be there. There is a dining room downstairs. The menu is always the same, only some dishes are delicious, the prices are not high. I do not recommend to rest.

It's a beautiful place. If you don't think about it, Gagra is trash. The hotel is cool, comfortable, 3-4 minutes to the sea and pharmacy. The zoning on the floors was very pleasing. Each room has its own space. This is very important in the evenings!!!! It's especially cool on the second floor.

I didn't like the rooms. The smell of mustiness and sewage did not disappear under any ventilation. The furniture is minimal, the closet in the room was broken. I rested alone, I only came to the room to sleep and change clothes, so I looked at it through my fingers. If I were with my family, it would be unpleasant and awkward. Wi-Fi catches only on the terrace on the second floor. It doesn't catch in the room. The electricity is turned off at night. Accordingly, the WiFi does not work, the water pump, that is, there is no water. The refrigerator is defrosting, the air conditioner is turned off. If you go to the toilet at night, there will be no water. It should be noted that electricity is cut off throughout the private sector.
Among the advantages: the yard area is large and well-maintained. There are two pools with fish. In the heat, you can hide in the shade. It is very convenient that there is a dining room on the ground floor. They cook very tasty, varied and inexpensive. You can have lunch for about 200 rubles. Many vacationers from other guest houses dine here.

The bed linen is not changed, they are cleaned (or rather, the floor is washed) only upon request. Garbage is also thrown out by themselves, respectively, you change the bags for it yourself. As well as for toilet paper, you also go to the administrator yourself.
The dining room is passable, the food is quite normal for low money.
Plus for the convenient location.
The beds and pillows are just awful.

Well, that's it... Small rooms. There is a market nearby, but it is a long walk to the sights. In that most famous restaurant "Psyrtskha" you can order only from 1500 rubles MINIMUM. There are a lot of people smoking in the city of oh-oh-chen. You go out, and half of the common balcony is sitting and smoking. There are normal dishes in the dining room, but there are also tasteless ones. There are many cafes nearby, but very few grocery stores. I warn you that there are no well-known stores in Russia here. Nothing special.

The dining room is not bad, but, as we realized later, it does not differ from similar establishments in Gagra. Wi-Fi personally did not reach our rooms, but on the street he worked with a bang. The only drawback is the very small rooms. The triple room had 2 beds and a folding armchair. There was no distance at all between the bed and the armchair, there was 20 cm between the two beds, and 20 cm between the wardrobe and the bed.

We had a regular standard room on the ground floor, 20 tons for 8 nights is fine. The room has everything except a hair dryer. The light was periodically turned off . On the third day, we got sick with an intestinal infection, as it turned out, everyone is sick there, everything is spread because of the untreated water system and the dining room (dishes are washed in a hurry, they count the change with one hand and pour cheese or greens into your plate with it !!!)

We have been vacationing in this hotel annually since 2012, excellent location - 3-4 minutes walk to the sea at a leisurely pace, within a radius of 400 m. there are a lot of different cafes for almost every taste, in the hotel itself there is a pleasant dining room with home cooking and friendly chefs.
The room stock is no longer the newest, but clean and tidy. Attentive administrators.
For your money, you probably can't find a better place in Gagra.

An ordinary motel, the rooms are small, it is impossible to take a shower in the bathroom normally: first there is ice water, then boiling water. For 12 days, cleaning was not done once, bed linen and towels were also never changed. I took out the garbage myself. Downstairs there is not a restaurant, but a dining room, the menu is very poor. It is always very cold in the dining room-the air conditioner is running at full power. The audibility in the rooms is "excellent", I had to close the window. The sea is 400-500 meters away, through 2 roads. Cars are driving like crazy, and there are no traffic lights in Gagra.There is no pool or safes in the rooms. I do not recommend this motel. It is better to rent a comfortable apartment closer to the sea for the same money.
