05.07.2023 I was at the GALLERY shopping center (around 18:00) in the Marconi cafe, the staff is terrible…
1) the blonde girl is VERY slow, "clumsy", I'll call her that;)(there were about 5 people in the queue)
2) after 20 minutes I decided to drink more lemonade, which cost 6.50, the cashier came out and there was this clumsy one again, I give her 10 rubles (the amount does not seem to be large), to which she tells me "no change, I will not be able to serve"
3) after another 5 minutes the cashier comes and gives me change without any problems and makes lemonade herself, in which ice cream appears from somewhere😂
I go up to her and ask her to redo it, because I have a floating ice cream)
She stands in shock and does not understand how he could have been there…It turns out that this "clumsy" girl dropped the ice cream in their ice compartment and did not even remove it…
I always visited Cafe Marconi and there was always super service, fast and delicious, But today I was shocked…
