The location is in the heart of the old town, there is a cafe on the ground floor and a dining room on the second floor. You can have a full breakfast, lunch or drink coffee with pastries. There are many offices of different organizations on the floors, 2 conference rooms. The service is good, clean. The central square and the park can be reached on foot.

All rooms, including toilets, halls, stairs, are always clean. It's warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a good cafe on the ground floor where you can have a delicious and inexpensive lunch, and excellent coffee is also served here. At the entrance there is an ATM of Kaspi Bank and a terminal for accepting online payments. There is a Sberbank branch next door. Given that the business center is in great demand, there is a problem with parking cars, there are simply not enough places, so those who come here need to worry about it in advance.
