It's very dirty, the smell is terrible, the towel is all stained, the note at the reception is a different price, and the staff says a different price. I came to them at 2 a.m. from another city and said before 8 a.m., they told me 15 thousand tenge, and at the reception the price was 10 thousand, I said that it indicated 10 thousand from night to morning, to which the employee angrily put me in the smallest room where the shower was not working and there was a terrible smell in the room, half an hour later, I went out and told the girl at the reception that I was sick of the smell in the room, to which the girl asked me to pay 10 thousand extra to move to another room, well, in the end I packed up and left. Not another foot. If the owner of this hotel is reading this review, let him personally check it all by sending his people there. I'd rather rent a clean room in 15-20 minutes than have this horror there.

The hotel is super Recommended to everyone, my husband and I often come to Almaty and stay only with them, the Hotel staff is very Polite, you will be very welcome here!!!
