I want to express my dissatisfaction with this seller.
Using a promo code from the Slivki website.by using an online order form, I placed a bouquet of 15 roses for 55 rubles for delivery on Friday 18.10.2024, the order was made on 16.10.2024, I chose the cash payment method upon receipt. A boorish girl called me back from the store and informed me that they do not have such roses and will never have them at all, since the suppliers do not have them. When I asked what they could offer me in exchange for the same price category, the seller did not have any information at all and did not know what to answer, she began to contact her colleagues for information about the availability and price of other colors. It was not possible to build a dialogue, the woman began to be rude and tell that there are no such prices and there are only bouquets at 11p per rose.
Conclusion: the sellers are unscrupulous, I think how to cash in on the customers, the mood is spoiled, the promo code could not be used, the flowers were ordered as a gift and the birthday boy was left without them.
