Unfortunately, my experience with this store turned out to be very unpleasant. My husband ordered a bouquet with a promo code through the website, hoping for a good birthday present for me. However, the next morning, an employee called me and informed me that their suppliers could not provide the necessary flowers. I was a little upset, but I decided that they would offer something similar in price. But then the problems started. The seller was not only not polite, but downright rude, and even couldn't offer anything like that. I tried to find out what I could choose, but the seller only said that "such prices no longer exist." It's a shame that in the end my husband couldn't congratulate me as he wanted, because the flowers weren't delivered. At least he also ordered a Scandinavian salmon cake, which, by the way, was simply gorgeous and at least made up for the disappointment a little. In general, I am very unhappy with the service and no longer plan to order here.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with this seller. Using a promo code from the Slivki website.by using an online order form, I placed a bouquet of 15 roses for 55 rubles for delivery on Friday 18.10.2024, the order was made on 16.10.2024, I chose the cash payment method upon receipt. A boorish girl called me back from the store and informed me that they do not have such roses and will never have them at all, since the suppliers do not have them. When I asked what they could offer me in exchange for the same price category, the seller did not have any information at all and did not know what to answer, she began to contact her colleagues for information about the availability and price of other colors. It was not possible to build a dialogue, the woman began to be rude and tell that there are no such prices and there are only bouquets at 11p per rose. Conclusion: the sellers are unscrupulous, I think how to cash in on the customers, the mood is spoiled, the promo code could not be used, the flowers were ordered as a gift and the birthday boy was left without them.
