I celebrated my birthday , I will remember this day of compliments and surprises forever, very nice people work in this hotel , I want to express special gratitude to the administrator of the Elvira hotel , a professional in his field is immediately visible , helped with all questions that arise , even provided medical assistance to my spouse . The hotel is modern , very stylish , the Ala Kart restaurant is a separate world with pleasant music and fantastic views of the sea and sunset , the food is something with something , I have never tasted so delicious in Turkey , the chefs have a separate respect 👍 the rooms are very stylish and cozy , the beach is not big , but the sea hides everything disadvantages, the animators in the hotels are very funny , always keeps everyone positive , a cozy pool bar with cocktails , there is also a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach , I spent a great 7 days and maybe I'll come back here again !!!
Thank you so much for the warm welcome
Good time of the day , I'll just say it . I was in Turkey for the first time and only positive emotions remained , everything was clean , everything was delicious , satisfying , beautiful . Thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and responsiveness. Of course, for that new big hotel, it was cool to have a bigger beach and I wanted it to be cleaner . But it couldn 't upset us . We were in May in the second half of the month, the sea was cool , but the locals swam , which was very surprising , went into the sea and went out . I managed to sunbathe and walk around because the sun was gentle))) I will definitely return to Turkey, it's love and I hope mutual 😉photos are not much from the room and a little bit of the neighborhood
As usual, the emotions at the beginning of the rest and at the end are very different from each other, so let's make a cut in the middle).
1. Excellent new hotel with fresh renovation, spacious rooms, panoramic windows (even in the toilet), new furniture, excellent textiles;
2. A spacious clean swimming pool, equipped with sun beds, umbrellas, a bar with drinks and cakes from 17 to 18 o'clock;
3. Cozy restaurant. The menu is no frills (it is necessary-sufficient), everything is fresh and very tasty; by the way, the food is endless in time throughout the day (by time and place, see the "policy" (as they call it) of the hotel. The "policy" must be downloaded via a QR code at the reception desk (there is no paper version in the room). Wi-fi is sufficient, but only on the territory of the hotel (except the restaurant).
4. Excellent SPA complex. Everything is very clean.
Now about the services:
1. Reinforced by a Russian-speaking (I don't know his real name, ILYA appears) reception desk. Ilya solves all the arising not only everyday, but also very sensitive issues (for example, a gay couple lived on the floor below, who very loudly demonstrated their sexual preferences. After bringing this information to Ilya, the sexual noise disappeared, while the couple continued to stay in the hotel). By the way, Ilya gives his mobile number to resolve issues during his absence.
2. Clean, linen and towels (if not requested additionally) are changed every 3 days.
3. The restaurant has active service by waiters who try to speak Russian, but do not be stupid, the service is wonderful.
4. Reinforced team at the SPA. A tactful Hamit manager. Correctly, without imposition, offers the service both upon request from the client and tells about the services provided in the SPA. Flexible pricing system. He is always ready to discuss this issue. A few more words about the Suat massage therapist. He knows different types of massage. Actively applies his skills to work. By the way, in winter he works as a massage therapist on the snowy mountain slopes of Turkey. Through a software translator, you can also discuss hotels on the slopes with him. Well, this is a digression… In general, I received a full service (sauna, hammam, foam massage + wellness complex massage) – very, very good.
5. By the way, there is no animation. There are only 5 minutes of sports by the pool before lunch. I saw a children's room, but it seems that parents entertain their children in it. But I'm not sure. Please specify
So, the sea, or rather the area belonging to the hotel. It's close to the hotel, it's convenient to walk, BUT:
1. The area of active development, therefore, the construction water is drained and, as if on purpose, close to the coastline of the hotel (well, so-so ...). Line maintenance is provided, but without fanaticism;
2. The designated area is narrow, but there are enough sun beds and umbrellas too. There is a bar trailer. I saw children carrying French fries, something else in rings. I don't know, I didn't take it. The drinks are chilled. By the way, all these forfeits and Cokes are bottled.
BUT if you go to the right to the paid beach area, there is JUST an AMAZING SEA!!!! Dense yellow sand. In depth – maybe about 300 meters deep up to the neck. The sea is warmed up. In the morning, stingrays and small fish swim in shallow water. So. Funny for kids. Attention!!! Leave your belongings in the hotel area, otherwise you will have to pay for the towel placed on the paid sunbed. They are very persistent!!!
In general, I recommend it.
The hotel is cool , everything is super , we really liked everything, the animation is super
The animators are cool , Alim is super
Votorpolo , darz - passed every day , at the highest level
I do not recommend it, I strongly recommend it.
Well, for a start, it's not 5 stars at all. This is a stretch of 3.5.
I will tell you about the experience of staying in this expensive hotel for 3 weeks.
Don't be fooled by the shiny new lobby.
It is worth looking closely and the eye catches a blunder repair, cracked windows, falling off handrails in elevators, patched with crooked pieces of wallpaper.
Slippery crumbling stairs are dangerous for people with uncertain legs.
The pool is shallow and cold with a view of the street through cracked and black-clad glass..
Don't expect variety or abundance from the "restaurant". In the nearest cafe, the choice will be both tastier and richer. Fruits are as cheap as possible and, often, immature.
The staff deserves a separate comment. Yes, they smile and nod. But. Room cleaning? Hmm, well, if you've changed all the towels, you're lucky. A change of linen, only through a scandal at the reception. It's enough for once, then everything is forgotten again.
Should I leave a bottle of water unfinished by the cleaner after cleaning the room? a piece of toilet paper on the floor, detergent on the table next to the food? It's just an ordinary thing.
The view from the window is beautiful, the cat is arguing. If you are lucky enough to live with windows facing the sea. But there is a chance you can get a picture of the wasteland from the window.
But if, suddenly, you want to show off this view to a friend who does not live in a hotel, then you can forget about such luxury.
The boorish security will not let him go further into the lobby.
Well, knowledge of Turkish is welcome.
I think 2 people speak Russian superficially for the entire staff. English at best at the reception. Beach workers actively lure phones from elderly residents of the hotel and then talk about their difficult fate with requests for help. This shocked me separately.
The beach is very dirty. The sunbeds are dead. Mattresses are relatively fresh.
And yes, you have to go through the city to the beach.
You can talk about this wonderful institution for a long time, but I didn't scrape up any positivity, no matter how I tried.
Although the city of Didim itself is charming and pleasant. The locals are extremely friendly. The sea is magnificent. But choose other hotels to stay in.
