When the place first opened, it was delicious, fast and high-quality. We went there often because we were satisfied with both the price and the quality. But on 07/03/21 we were completely disappointed with everything. We came, made an order, waited for beer for 15 minutes, the salad was brought in 40 minutes, the Malibu was very surprised, it was cut so finely, it is not clear for what purpose either to make the chicken harder to find, or to process stale vegetables... Lemonade and cognac were brought, the cognac glass was dirty, the administrator was called, and the timer was set, well, just on principle, we waited for her after 27 minutes... They brought slightly warm khinkali, and after 10 minutes they brought a clean cognac glass and glasses for lemonade. We refused khinkali, insisted that the service be removed... The administration tried very hard to justify themselves by saying that they had a full landing... But we, as customers, are not interested in this issue at all. I don't recommend it, the place has gone bad

They ordered hitchhikes with them, but did not report... The dishes for the guests are broken, the furniture is stained. Everything that you do not order is carried for a very long time. Unfortunately, the level is very low, the cafe has stopped being a diner!

She said that I'm not going to eat it at all, let them eat it themselves. They explained that another waiter had taken my order and the cook had to cook another portion. And they couldn't answer the question of why it was icy. The second time was in November. I immediately warned the waiter, he was polite and attentive. The cuisine is generally delicious. But I'm not going there anymore.
