pluses: —————- + This hotel is the CHEAPEST of the hotels located at such a distance from a good beach. + budget option + partial renovation in 2017 + nearby sculpture park and cactus park + located on the very outskirts of Ayia Napa, where it is quiet and sparsely populated, cheaper accommodation, food, entertainment, unlike the center of Ayia Napa. + near the Bridge of lovers + there is a bus stop nearby + Parking is free. + there is no overbooking. CONS: ------- - second line - there is no private beach - power supply - they smoke in the hotel. SUMMARY: ------ We were satisfied with our stay in Ayia Napa and directly at the MARINA 3* hotel. What we expected, we got. I can recommend the MARINA 3* hotel as a budget vacation option in Ayia Napa for couples and tourists aged 50+ It is better for young people and families with children to choose another hotel.

This hotel is very specific. Yes, it is cheaper than others, but compared to others it should cost even cheaper. Especially if you are accommodated on the 1st floor. And your vacation will turn into a nightmare. Our neighbors were young Arabs who rented a prostitute at night and could hear everything. In other hotels, it is forbidden to bring strangers into the room, which is correct. The doors are full of holes. The audibility is like in your room. It is uphill from the sea to the hotel. In the heat. And if you are not 18, then this will be a problem. It's a long way to the center. You can wait a long time for the bus. I moved to another hotel for 2 days and my vacation was immediately transformed. I do not recommend this hotel. 2 stars for the efforts of the staff. But this hotel is so bad, starting with the location, that only a change of location and everything else can save it. There is no safe in the room, the bathroom is like in a Soviet boarding house.
