The hotel is located in the Marina tourist area in the heart of Dumae. If you like lounging and shopping, then the location is suitable. The staff is not the friendliest and at the reception I often saw a showdown with the administration due to the fact that the reservation is not displayed or at the entrance to the restaurant they loudly declare to you in front of all the guests that you have not paid for meals, And when you still prove that everything is paid, you do not even apologize. Apparently not accepted) Moreover, this situation is also not an isolated one. The air conditioners do not have sufficient regulation in the room - either it barely blows, or it blows down like a hurricane and makes a lot of noise at the same time. As a result, we slept under warm blankets.

We rested in apartments with 3 bedrooms, very convenient for a large company. Three bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen. Yes, a little tired repairs and furniture, this is probably the only disadvantage. But! There are many more advantages: excellent convenient location, close to the metro, shops, cafes, pharmacies, gorgeous views of the Marina, swimming pool, daily cleaning and towel change, friendly staff, all issues were promptly resolved!

I really liked it. The food in the restaurants is expensive, but on the way to the beach I found a supermarket where the prices were good. And if you take a magazine with prices there, you can save well on stocks. It is convenient to cook, the kitchen is large. The promenade under the window is just great, it's very pleasant to walk. Everything is within walking distance. The subway is around the corner. It's cheap to get to the sights))) I was very pleased. There is a sauna. The view from the balcony is just great. Cleaning is a solid four, but everything is solved. The staff is polite. The sea on the city beach is clean and the beach itself is also clean. Expensive umbrellas and sun beds, but you can take it all with you or buy it on the spot if you take care of it in advance. Enjoy your stay)

The hotel is good, excellent staff, but there are drawbacks :
1 cleaning (they asked to clean from 10 to 12, they always came at 14 o'clock)
2 in 2024, 30 minutes to the beach due to construction
3 very cold pool

The price is adequate, but the apartments themselves are already a little tired, old furniture, not very clean dishes, very old appliances, half of the comforts on the stove do not work. There is a washing machine, PSM, but you need to go buy powder and tablets, you could include them in the price and provide them. The staff is excellent. I'm not sure if I'll come back with it, I'll look for something newer.

We arrived at night, we really wanted to sleep, the rooms should have been ready, Thai this day was paid for, but we were frozen so that we could pay extra for the room and settled on the first floor.
The room is nice, large, two-room. The washing machine is good that it is, but she tried to wash something with the last of her strength, played with a bang and half of the modes did not work. It is very noisy-there is a check-in to the underground parking under the window.
The food is monotonous, but tasty, the choice is small, but there is everything you need.
At dinner, only water and diluted juice from drinks.
Everything else is fine. I would give a very good rating if it was 3 stars, but not for 4.
The location is very good for walking and traveling by metro.
Aah, they also don't flush toilets, but there is no brush. The bathtub also does not wash off from the sand, and there is only a shower on top of a watering can with an extension cord.

Rooms are double only , towels are 3 pieces each , linen was changed 1 time for 9 nights after arrival , bathrobes on request without replacement .
The location is good, shops are nearby , the beach is 20 min.
The reception staff is 50/50 , the cleaning is quite mediocre , beach towels are provided 🙌

I liked the hotel. A very convenient place. Nearby; metro, tram, Marina Mall, many grocery stores, there is an alcoholic in the Mall. The hotel has excellent staff. Everything is clean, cleaned with high quality, the bed linen is new, squeaks from cleanliness. A swimming pool with excellent clean water. The beach is 2.5 km away. You can walk, you can take the tram. In general, I recommend it.

For the 2nd time here, we take breakfasts and dinners, we arrive with a 6-year-old Child ,,, and oh, surprise, when we came to dinner at 18:00 and then after a walk the child got hungry and we went in at 22:10 so that he ate a spoonful of potatoes , I myself drank water and did not eat !! The waitress made a remark to me that 2 times I can't come here and eat !!! Shame
So the hotel is great, but for this disrespect -3 stars
