It's a pretty good budget hotel.
A little tired, but generally clean, cozy, the room has a kettle, coffee/tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, washing machine.
The food is delicious. Without any special frills - fish, meat dish, pasta, rice, potatoes, seafood. Fruit salads, delicious pastries. In principle, it was enough. There were no bracelets - when you enter the dining room, you call the room number.
On request, towels for the pool, no bathrobes ((, a cot for my daughter was requested, a clothes dryer.
We had a dryer machine..comfortable.
The parents have no..and they were judged on drying in the bathroom. There are no balconies. It's a minus for us.
The location is convenient - near the metro. Nearby there is a Carefor, pharmacy, Marina mall, where there is also an alcohol market;) (in the underground parking lot...just shhh)))
The hotel is a solid four in my opinion.

The excellent hotel is very cheap compared to any other hotel in the area. The perfect location, it's always beautiful everywhere. There will only be Russian people around, so I didn't like the fact that you didn't feel like you were abroad. Near the shopping center, beach, embankments. An ideal hotel for families, as there are kitchens and washing machines everywhere. There were 2 toilets in the room, but there was no hose in the shower, only water was flowing from above, and it was terribly uncomfortable with a baby who needed to wash his ass... you can be patient for a couple of days, but it will be very difficult for 2 weeks... there is a small children's pool and there is no such thing around the pool because of the weed, very practical and convenient. The hotel is perfect
It's a little old for repairs, but you won't even notice it compared to the rest of the comfort.
I wouldn't recommend buying breakfast. There is no choice of food, if you eat little or are selective, then it is better to buy something in the store that you drive for breakfast.

I enjoyed staying here. The staff is very polite and helpful, they respond to any request. Cleaning is daily, cosmetics, coffee, and water are replenished.
The rooms have dishes, stove, microwave, washing machine. In general, it is possible to exist independently.
We took the tour without meals, and counted on the high cost of the Dubai Marina area. But, thanks to the fact that they often cooked in a hurry right in the room, there was a lot of money left.
The location is simply gorgeous. Within walking distance of the JBR beach, a chic boardwalk, metro and tram. You can get to any location very quickly, which we did. The Marina Mall with shops and a food court is 100 meters away. There's a supermarket and a liquor store.
There is a swimming pool, gym, sauna on site. There are free transfers to the beach and mall.
Many people say that the rooms are tired and a little shabby. There is such a moment, but it is not critical. Everything is compensated by cleanliness, service, convenience and location.

We had a vacation in February 2025. Very convenient location of the hotel! Near the metro station, Dubai Marina shopping center and the promenade for walking. Excellent location of the hotel . There is a gym, a sauna (never used), a swimming pool with a small number of sun loungers. The room has a kettle, microwave, washing machine, stove. Dishes include a ladle, three large plates, three saucers, three cups, knives, forks and teaspoons in an unknown quantity (three pieces of something, two of something, one teaspoon for three adults) . Comfortable mattress and nice linen. Wi-Fi in the room. That's all the advantages.
For some reason, we had two large towels for three adults and one for each of our feet and hands. At the same time, the set: gel + shampoo + toothbrush was for everyone.
Towels have not been updated (we stayed for 4 days). As well as underwear. And most importantly, THE REFRIGERATOR WASN'T WORKING. Moreover, not only was it not cooling, it was heating - one of the walls was hot. What was critical for us was that we took a "no power" tour. Every day we threw out food, and the staff consistently ignored us. Rather, the master came regularly, turned the temperature control knob with a smart look and left. We didn't want to spoil our mood, to swear, and only every day we were reminded of our problem and were surprised by the service of the hotel.

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 children! The best place, the staff is polite, helpful, the rooms are just great. The location is great! The children met a bunch of celebrities, including Egor Creed. The rest was for 5+ and, of course, good room service, then we let them in the next day. What's there to clean up when the number is 120 squares. Thanks to the super hotel and staff! We will definitely come back!

The disadvantage is that there is a kitchen, but there are almost no dishes, only 3 plates and a frying pan. Well, the furniture is not particularly new, so to speak. It didn't bother me though. The water is hot, the linen is clean, so the room is generally normal.
One thing is, we booked for three people, the child is 7 years old. The room had one bed, there was no extra bed available (they were ready to pay extra, but no). Yes, it was stated in the booking that an extra bed is on request and may not be available. But I thought, in that case, it's okay for the third one to sleep on the couch. But the sofa, as it turned out, did not fold out. It's strange that the system even allows you to book such a room for three people. How can three people sleep in the same bed, even if it's a double bed? But we had to. This is a big minus.
Well, the little thing is that the hotel congratulates those who have a birthday. A cake is brought in at breakfast. But I was not congratulated. But it's really a small thing. It's just weird why))

There are small shops nearby, you can buy almost everything in small things, the Marina Mall is also a 5-7-minute walk away, for information there is an alcohol market. Another alcmrkt is a little further in from the end of the Almaya store, this is behind the Millennium Hotel.
Of the disadvantages, this is that the hotel itself is old, but not very critical, it does not disgust. Breakfast is a buffet, but meager, it gets boring quickly, it's better to come to breakfast early, then there are a lot of people, they don't always have time for service, and places are right next to each other.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We've been here for 2 weeks, we can live.

It's a great hotel, and there's nothing to add. A comfortable deluxe room, a luxurious bed with a comfortable mattress and delicate bed linen. The breakfasts are delicious. There is a shuttle service to the beach (not used) and a convenient room service system.
We were lucky, we were rented for 5 nights for 25,000rubles, a little later I looked at it - the price was already 67,000 for 5 nights. Maybe they got caught out of season or something, I don't know. We were here from September 14th to 19th (we're leaving tonight)
There is a swimming pool, the water is cool (this is a huge plus in the heat of +40). Beach towels, sun beds by the pool, a gym, and somewhere there is a sauna, as we were told, but we were not in it.
The metro is 5 minutes away at a leisurely pace, there are many restaurants around, but as it turned out later, it's easier to order food in the room. And the price is adequate, and there is no need to go anywhere in the heat, and huge portions.
Next time we will choose only him.

After the cleaner sprayed dichlorvos somewhere and we beat some of them, there were fewer of them, but still we can't get rid of them. Apparently they live somewhere in the ventilation. The breakfasts are normal, you can eat a lot, but without a lot of dishes.
Good location - near the metro, there are small grocery stores, near the Marina Mall shopping center. The embankment is 7 minutes away, and the beach itself is the same distance away.

Everything except toothpaste and a brush. I really liked the price, powerful, usually weak hair dryers in hotels, but here it's good. The perfect place.
First of all, these are the apartments. There is a stove, dishes, washing machine, comfortable furniture and all sorts of little things for comfort. We cleaned every day.
Secondly, 15 minutes to JBR beach, 5 minutes to the nearest metro and tram station, 5 minutes to Marina embankment.
There are very cheap and good souvenirs at the entrance to the hotel.

- the rooms are sooo dirty, even though they are cleaned every day, but the renovation was obviously a long time ago
-there is very little space near the pool, there are always not enough sun beds (you have to come to the opening at 9 a.m.) to take a seat
- sometimes the card got stuck to get into the room, and I had to call for help.
But in general, the hotel is normal, the view is very beautiful, and it is located almost in the center of Dubai Marina.

I had a rest in November. I chose a hotel based on its location. We settled in quickly, we didn't have to wait. Regarding the cleaning of the room, one cleaned well, it was immediately noticeable and changed all the towels, and when it was not his shift that was visible, the cleaning was different. As for the food, it's certainly sad. The restaurant itself resembles a diner. I took breakfast and dinner, but I regretted it. It's not tasty. There is something to compare it with, last year I rested in another hotel, unfortunately, there were no places there anymore, now I understand why. A man smoked very often for dinner, it was not very pleasant to sit in this smoke of tobacco.
And the "cherry on the cake" photo attached is a cockroach in the room, this is certainly not compliance with sanitary standards.
I do not recommend this hotel and I no longer choose it myself.

Convenient location ,near metro /tram ,as well as Mall, supermarkets (fresh orange juice 20 dirhams per liter,pineapple sliced 13 dirhams )The beach is 15 minutes away.The alcohol store is about 20 minutes away.The room has a kitchenette , microwave, stove, washing machine.Tableware.They always leave water /tea/coffee bags.

We took accommodation with breakfast and dinner, the choice of dishes is huge, lots of fruits, soups, side dishes, seafood, whatever your heart desires and in unlimited quantities.
Staff and service:
The service at the hotel is quite good, the rooms are cleaned daily, put some water and change the bed linen with towels (minus the fact that it takes a long time to check in, so it's better to approach the counter yourself and hurry up).
The staff at the hotel is friendly, but only one speaks Russian fluently, the rest understand, but answer in English. There were no problems in communication.
PS Sockets are European everywhere, so it's better to order an adapter with valberiz for 300 rubles, you can buy it there, but it will cost twice as much

Let's start with the cons: on-demand cleaning, but for those who are in the tank- a life hack: at the door of the room there is a button: remove; press and.... From the hallway, a person sees that cleaning is required and cleans ( and later)
If you haven't put something in, just ask: and you will be given both gel and shampoo, as much water as you want)
We only had breakfast: well, guys, if foie gras is served for breakfast, then of course you won't like the hotel food, but🤣🤣 It is unlikely that you will stay in an apartment hotel))

This is the best hotel I've been to in Dubai: close to the metro, close to the beach, the room has all the amenities: air conditioning, stove, dishes, washing machine, microwave. The service is very good, the staff will do whatever you ask for. And there is also a gym and a cooling pool - in August it is a salvation from the daytime Dubai heat! And towels are given out for free, they are even allowed to go to the beach with them. There are rooms for both smokers and non-smokers.
