Disgusting service a month before the event, I wrote to them on Instagram and asked if they could do styling with curls for long hair and how long it took to sign up, they told me to write in 2 weeks and what everyone was doing. I wrote to them at the appointed time, they called me back and told me that everything was busy for the date I needed and they didn't do styling for long hair at all.

There is no professionalism. I did the balayage coloring- the result is absolutely the wrong color and my master was shocked by the result, since the bottom layer was not dyed with huge strands at all.
The stated timing of the facial massage should last 1 hour - I came to the procedure twice and after 20 minutes the master said that we were done.
When I purposefully went for an hour-long facial massage, the third time they really gave me an hour, but it wasn't a massage, and the master just stroked my cheeks for 60 minutes.
sugaring masters do not use the "antistress" technique (they put their hand on the deposited place so that the pain effect is less, the girls will understand)
After the fact, I found out about the change in the cost of all services (the previous prices were indicated on the site, but the new ones have not been printed anywhere yet)
The difference turned out to be 30 byn. Instead of 75-98!
They didn't give me the check.
