The brand is good, but the service at the store on Dzerzhinsky 119 is disgusting. There are a lot of sellers who are busy with their personal affairs and conversations. We waited a very long time for an online order and brought just a bunch of laundry. Probably discussing getting a personal bank card is more important than customer service.

I like the Mark Formelle brand itself. The products are of high quality, the assortment is cool. But finding something, especially if it's a set of underwear (bra and panties) is something beyond reality. You won't find sizes for a bra, then there are no panties to match the color and model. And the search on the site is disgusting - absolutely no up-to-date information on availability.
The sellers are polite, the room is good. But the assortment is not very good.
