I went into mazagin at 21:55, the staff shouted that they were working until 10, to which I told them with a smile that yes, there were still 5 minutes, thank you, and they aggressively replied that it was not 5 minutes, but 3 minutes. I didn't want to inflate the conflict by myself, but the impressions were great, thank you))))
I work in sales myself, and I understand how I want to go home on time, but I didn't come in fleetingly, but with a purpose, but apparently this store doesn't care.
In general, I don't want to come here with such a normal attitude.
I want to leave a negative review to the employees of the Mark Formel store in Vitebsk shopping center Green. I bought a fleece suit for a gift, it took a while to try it on, as a result, the size did not fit. The receipts and tags were all in stock and the suit was in marketable form, taken out of the package only for fitting. I took it to the store to change the size, which I was refused because 14 days have passed since the purchase. The sellers did not go to the meeting and are not customer-oriented at all. As a result, the gift is ruined, the day and the mood too. There is no longer any desire to visit this store.
A good store. There is one thing true, BUT there are 3 sellers, two cash desks, and one girl works, two are bored, and they say that while the cash register is not working, there are 7 people in the queue. We need to be more efficient somehow
