The first time the product was found unopened for me in the warehouse, the second time the employee said that she did not know where to look and just went to other customers, when I returned, nevertheless, to clarify when she would finish working with me and why she did not know where things were in her department, she just burst into tears, I left without buying… I am a little shocked at how such specialists are allowed to work.
