I would like to express my gratitude to the staff of the CDEK office!
I have already sent a parcel and a very important document (power of attorney) from Tbilisi to Russia. Everything gets to Siberia fairly quickly, within about 10-14 days. Everything arrived intact, nothing was lost.
The guys are always in touch, ready to answer any questions about delivery and help. They will draw your attention to nuances that you might not have thought about or simply did not know about, and will tell you how best to make sure that your parcel arrives unharmed. Full support, it is very convenient and valuable)
The guys also bring orders from the marketplaces. Firstly, I had a strange situation: when a CDEK employee came to receive my order from Wildberries, it turned out that there was nothing to receive. All the items in the app have been marked as received, although no one has received anything yet. The guys solved the problem with the employees of the pick-up point and received all the goods. Thank you very much! ❤️
And just THREE DAYS LATER (!!!) The order has arrived in Tbilisi! It's just incredible! I had the feeling that I had visited the pick-up point myself - everything arrived so quickly.
In any other services, you will wait for your orders for a couple of weeks at best, but most often for a month, two, three... Personally, I have never had the experience to have an order arrive so quickly somewhere else. In general, now I plan to deliver all orders from marketplaces only here.

Many thanks to the guys for the high-quality delivery. I sent 42.5 kg of things from Tbilisi to Sofia. At the department, the staff carefully packed everything and prepared it for shipment. The package arrived quickly: the items were handed over on September 29, and delivered to Sofia on October 7.
All communication took place in telegram, which is very convenient. The packages were delivered door to door. I definitely recommend it!

Many thanks to the guys, they work quickly, efficiently and with a soul :) The first parcel was documents from St. Petersburg via SDEK quickly and all on time. And my second experience before going to bed I saw a discount on Ozone and it caught fire (I'm not in Tbilisi, I'm in Kobuleti) local people who drive or the car is clogged or some excuses :) I wrote at night (well, I really wanted to buy) to the guys on instagram and they told me no problem :) and so they delivered 9 kg of happiness to me right home in Kobuleti. Everything is perfectly packed without sparing the pupyrki and paper :) everything arrived safely and quickly. thank you very much.

We used the services of the guys when moving from Georgia to Serbia, sent with them 2 suitcases and a sports bag all together for about 60 kg of things. They promised that the suitcases would arrive at our house in 2 weeks, they arrived even earlier! 10 days later, we met our suitcases in Novi Sad in the same form as they were given away. The courier is very polite, the connection is excellent. I am very satisfied with the service, I will definitely use it in the future.
PS if you come to hand over things yourself, you can get to know the great people who work there, and a charming cat.

We arranged the delivery of Kutaisi - Belgrade.
2 shuttle bags with a total weight of 55kg.
Everything was explained and told. We helped with the remote registration, minimal participation on my part!😊
We helped with the transfer of bags from Kutaisi to Tbilisi through partners, everything also went great and cost only 52 lari (2*26). The bags were collected and the shipment was processed.
In Belgrade, they phoned in a few days and clarified the delivery address, without any problems they changed it to another one. On the day of delivery, we called and met at the agreed time.

We sent 4 boxes from Georgia (Batumi) to Bulgaria (Sofia)
about 70 kg, we packed everything ourselves in boxes, couriers were called to pick up the cargo, arrived at the appointed time and took it from the apartment. Before shipping, the cargo was weighed, additionally wrapped with film and the cost was calculated. They promised to bring it in 2 weeks, but everything was brought to the door in 7 days, VERY QUICKLY!
Everything arrived safely, nothing was opened. Thank you 100 times for your work and service!

In general, I recently decided to use the services of this CDEK company in case of urgent need, having previously read all the reviews (they turned out to be positive), but in the end I was extremely disappointed. My document was sent from Tbilisi to Siberia in absolute safety, but, to my great regret, it turned out to be damaged during delivery. During one of the stages of transportation to the destination, when opening the package, the manager found that there was damage to the package: deformed, wet, torn, as well as the most important damage to the attachment: deformed, stained. When I opened the parcel, when it was sent back to Tbilisi, I was finally convinced that the documents had become unusable: the text was smeared, the pages stuck to each other, and in general they had lost their value. This is unacceptable, especially when it comes to important documents that require certain care during transportation. But in justification of this company, I can only say that the monetary compensation was made immediately (but as it turned out, when calculating, not in full). To sum up, I do not recommend this company if the safety and security of shipments are important to you. I will attach the photos below.

I turned to these wonderful people with the task of transporting belongings (200 kg per minute) from Tbilisi to Sofia. The guys took a very responsible approach to the task, everything was carefully packed and I received everything safely in a little over 2 weeks.
Separately, I would like to note that we discussed in advance that things would probably be repackaged for better recycling of boxes, so this was not a surprise.
They took things from the address and also brought them to the address and helped to lift them to the 3rd floor.

A pretty cozy small office, easy to find. A polite employee explains everything in detail, the communication was in Russian. The sending procedure required the presence of Telegrams in the phone, which differs from the usual procedure in the SDEC, but gives certain advantages: for example, notification of receipt. According to the delivery itself, it was delivered faster than expected, delivery to Russia (express delivery of documents).

The order 1500742581 was delivered twice at an unscheduled time - delivery was scheduled for the evening, in fact it was delivered before 15 o'clock. I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of the CDEK delivery service. When contacting the chatbot, operators can help with making changes to the delivery data, or they may refuse. In general, there are only constant problems.
At pick-up points, orders are treated like garbage: they can throw a box, kick it, tell the customer to pick up his order from the warehouse himself. It's sad that some stores only work with your delivery service!

They gave instructions on how to act in the future so as not to get into a similar situation. Employees really care about the company's reputation, which is a huge plus. I was struck first of all by the speed of delivery: in the evening the parcel arrived at the pick-up point, and the next morning it was already picked up, although they said to put 3 days on it, in fact less than a day, I am very satisfied.
