I sent a parcel from Tbilisi to Belarus. Delivered literally in 7-8 days. Everything was fine, nothing was damaged.
The guys are very polite and helped with everything. We packed the parcel ourselves, told everything and were always in touch. The price was also comfortable. They sent a link to the track number, by which it was possible to observe where the parcel was.

I have used the company's services more than once and everything is always perfect. The St. Petersburg branch of SDEK incorrectly issued documents, which affected the duration of delivery. The staff of the department to which I am writing this review helped to get out of the situation and file a claim. They gave instructions on how to act in the future so as not to get into a similar situation. Employees really care about the company's reputation, which is a huge plus. I wish SDEC to have more such representatives. Good luck in the new year, we will contact your department more than once :)

And so, I made an order to pick up the parcel and deliver it to Tbilisi. There is a coffee machine in the package, it arrived safe and sound. I was struck first of all by the speed of delivery: in the evening the parcel arrived at the pick-up point, and the next morning it was already picked up, although they said to put 3 days on it, in fact less than a day, I am very satisfied. Secondly, I was pleased that you can write late in the evening or even by midnight and get an answer. Communication is very convenient via telegram. In general, 5/5 is no exaggeration. Very cool

I placed an order through ozone. Everything went well) The staff at the point is very polite, they speak Russian, the order itself was delivered quickly - in 5 days. The point is located near the house, so I will use it)
Before placing an order, keep in mind that there are a lot of orders and there may be delays in receiving and sending. I saw in the ozone application that the manager did not have time to receive the parcel on the designated day, and simply re-sent the new code the next day.
Tip: If you have several orders in ozone, order so that they arrive approximately on the same day at the pick-up point and send the QR code to the manager not on the last day of order storage, but at least 2-3 days before the expiration of the order storage period. Manager Anna collects the codes before 15:00 and responds in turn. Orders are received every weekday.
I read about delays in orders and long answers, but now I understand that there are a lot of parcels, it is difficult to process them and I calmly treat such trifles)

I delivered things from Tbilisi to Bulgaria. Since I was moving to a temporary apartment, they offered storage, then shipping. As a result, everything was stored without problems while I was looking for an apartment and everything arrived very quickly with delivery to the apartment, I highly recommend it))

The Sdec itself works fine, it was sent to and from Russia, everything is prompt,
but the delivery of WB is just terrible!
The order has been delivered from the pick-up point in Vladikavkaz for 17 days!!! The "manager" Anna cannot give any normal information, she has to constantly pull and remind, they have never apologized to the client for such a delay!
I managed to squeeze out information from her that my parcel had left for Batumi for some reason and no one knows when it will arrive to me!
I highly recommend not making orders from WB through this branch.

Hello everyone. It was very scary to transport cool electronics to Moscow from Tbilisi, because a week before the shipment, they decided to deliver it to Moscow themselves, which is why they just turned us around. I trusted these guys, and I didn't regret it, everything came in a very cool package, nothing terrible happened, everything works!
