They constantly asked for toilet paper and soap. It's the same thing about food. There is no sea of food. Forget about porridge. About soups too. We went to take places on the beach at 7 a.m. In the rooms, everything is old, you can hear the neighbors going to the toilet. We expected the best. The staff is polite. If you want to buy something, you need to go to Turunch where there is a much cheaper market.In stores and markets, prices are inflated by 3~4 times. They were from 06/16/2024 to 06/26/2024.

Nice hotel! I love the presence of shade on the beach and there is more than enough of it in this hotel after lunch. The menu is without "lobsters", but there are all the obligatory dishes, grilled, fish, sweets and lots of fruits. The waiters at the hotel, it's just aerobatics. Friendly, helpful and attentive. Special thanks to them! The nature in this place is just a miracle. I walked along the path along the beach to Marmaris and Icmeler.

Not relaxation...
I like to share pleasant recommendations. But, alas, not this time.
If you, like me, are attracted by cute pictures of houses in a coniferous forest and reviews of the relaxing atmosphere, study everything in detail. The hotel is located near a very busy highway, and in reality you will find the rumble of cars and motorcycles, which makes it impossible to sleep at night.
Initially, they move into terrible rooms above the reception - old and with a view of the road. Better bungalows are offered for relocation, but which are already facing the same road with an eternal rumble. If you want to get off the road, pay for sea view! At the same time, the on-site surcharge is a significant amount. And there is a pedestrian promenade under the windows of these rooms.
The hotel responds to requests and pleas for a quiet room that they have all rooms of the same category. Are you serious? Rooms with such a level of noise and no sound insulation cannot have the same category as normal rooms, which supposedly accommodate only regular guests.
During my many trips with accommodation from hostels to real 5 stars, I have never met such an attitude. And this is upon arrival for 2 weeks...
after sleepless nights and stress, I was finally given a room away from the road. Where the animation of the neighboring hotel is booming only until 00 o'clock, and not 24/7.
I never managed to fall in love with this hotel after such a reception. But I will note the advantages:
1. The beach and the sea. The beach is on platforms (not suitable for children), very long, with lots of sun beds, super views, convenient access to the sea. Buoys are far away, fans of swimming will be happy.
Ahead is the sea, behind are the pines, great.
2. All the usual staff - help with luggage, food outlets, etc. Thanks everyone.
The food, in my opinion, is decent, corresponds to the price category. Everything is fresh and delicious.
In total, I would not recommend this hotel for a long tour, so as not to end up in a room by the road with the inability to refund money. But to come here for a few days for the sake of the beach is quite enough))

One of the few hotels in Marmaris that has its own territory and a large beach. Entrance to the sea from a concrete platform via ladders. At the end of May and beginning of June, there were enough sun beds and umbrellas for everyone and there were even a lot of free ones. The food is at a fairly high level. I recommend.

We tried to be informative and compact, we attach a photo. Everyone has their own pros and cons.
The period is September 15-26, 2023. We flew by Turkish airlines, everything was on schedule. We got to the hotel at 22 o'clock, gave a night soup, dinner is already all (up to 21).
Vacationers: Russians, Turks, Englishmen. Everything is quiet, peaceful.
Room: the bed is small and the mattress is very soft, one turned over, the other jumped. Toiletries: soap, thread / needles, cap, sticks, poured soap mixture (such as shampoo). There is a hair dryer. There is no kettle. They give one key to the room, so it will not work to leave the air conditioner, and most importantly, charge the phone in your absence. About audibility: the neighbors were there, they didn't hear anyone.
There were days when the sunbeds at 7:30 were almost all occupied. Umbrellas are small, people hang their towels, blankets, so that there is shade.
Sea 26-29, morning-day. We like it VERY warm, so we'll get used to it for a couple of minutes, then it's cool. The beach is tiled, narrow, the sunbeds are tight. Entering from the stairs, there is knee-deep, there is waist-deep or chest-deep. The bottom is sand, pebbles, algae, the water is always transparent, the bottom is visible. Sunrise at 7 am. After 16 shade on the beach, on the pier the sun until 17:30. For us, plus, the sun is no longer hot, and it's comfortable to swim. The pool is small and shallow 0.5 to 1.65. Not icy, but refreshing.
The beach bar is beer only. There's also pizza, French fries.
Pool bar wine, beer, gin, brandy, baileys, vodka, local crayfish for free. Cocktails are paid to do average, we were not impressed with the choice and execution (90 lira / about $ 4).
The food is delicious. Despite the large number of vacationers, there are no queues, dishes are cleaned quickly. No matter what time you came to eat, the assortment is replenished equally. The restaurant has vending machines with carbonated drinks and juices (not jupi, as from packages). Ice cream is paid in the hotel store. Turkish coffee is delicious on the terrace, free all day. Small bottles of water are given in bars. There are vending machines with hot water/ coffee/ latte, etc.
Money is changed by representatives of the agency (we had anex), the course is like in the city. Rubles are not profitable. Dollar 25.5; euro 27 lira.
The safe is paid 1.5 euros per day. It is impossible to rent for a day or two, only for the whole period.
There is no music or wakups on the beach during the day. Silence. Animation - dance by the pool, water "aerobics". Since the hotel is on a slope, there is no volleyball and other playgrounds.
They lived in the main 6 building, there are two yellow ones. By the way, there are only a couple of stairs of 12-14 steps to the beach from them. The rest of the buildings are considered green bungalows, the higher, the more stairs. In fact, all 3-4-storey buildings. Everything is compact – restaurant/pool/sea. Not for those who love space. Disco is Turkish music up to 24 on the street by the pool/bar. It was heard in the room, it was strained. On Sundays we listened to live music, piano/violin in the lobby, at reception. Very emotional. Wi–Fi is everywhere - somewhere better, somewhere worse, but I had to reboot often.
Beach towels are changed from 8 to 12, you can take up to 18.
Hotel in pines. You can walk along the so-called embankment to the village of Ichmeler 2 km, and 5 km to Marmaris. There is a zone for bicycles and scooters on it, you have to be careful, since everyone walks and rides as they want. There are minibuses, they go often, 25 lire / dollar per person. There are water boats-taxis to Marmaris, five dollars per person. Taxis were not used, according to the dollar/km information.
Jimi works on the beach, where towels are provided, there is an information stand, you can order water excursions from the pier of the hotel through it. Therefore, first find out everything: from the guides, Jimi, and only then order. Anex guides are at the hotel every day, so you will have time for everything.

Great hotel!
Before the trip, we read sooo many reviews, we were ready for everything, but we didn't have to prepare for anything, everything was great if we didn't build high expectations.
a good 4-star hotel, not a new hotel, not luxury rooms, but everything is there, a very green area, probably the greenest of all the hotels that stand nearby, a magnificent pier-beach, stunning views from the sea!
Room:
we lived in a bungalow on the ground floor, the bathroom is renovated, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, towels are changed on request.
due to the fact that we had a ground floor, the room was always fresh, even if the air conditioner did not work all day.
Chairs and balcony railings were used instead of a dryer.
there were only 2 outlets in the room and 1 in the bathroom, but it was enough for us to charge all the gadgets on the way back.
Food:
it was delicious!
the breakfasts are monotonous, but there is a large selection, every day you can get yourself a different plate.
The baking is super!
lunch and dinner - a lot of things, sometimes hot alternated, but there was an opportunity to try everything a little bit.
there were few fruits: mostly watermelon and melon, plums / apples / orange / peaches, succumbed to lunch and dinner
there were a lot of desserts, most of those that were tasted turned out to be very tasty.
Service
Check-in from exactly 14:00, check-out at 12:00 (there is a room for luggage storage, but the most valuable things were taken to the beach).
Cleaning in the restaurant for 10/10, very quickly!
we came across dirty appliances a couple of times, but there was no problem to change them to clean ones, and after that we first paid attention to the condition of the appliances / dishes, and then we took them into use.
The territory is clean, there is a lot of greenery, trees with figs and pomegranates grow along the prominade.
The beach is clean, +/- glasses from drinks are quickly removed, there are many urns, the restroom is in good condition.
The animation is not intrusive, moderate, the evening program is scheduled for a week and repeats from week to week.
Location
1.5-2 km from the hotel is Icmeler, and Marmaris is literally 10/15 minutes away by minibus (travel 30 lira)
In general, we were satisfied, we went to the sea for a quiet and relaxing holiday, and we got it.

Theft on the territory of the hotel, they went swimming at sea with their son, when they returned, clothes and shoes were stolen. The hotel is not responsible for this. There are no cameras on the beach, the staff are throwing up their hands, I didn't see anything, I didn't hear anything.

We had a rest from September 19th to 26th.
The hotel on solid 4.
Quiet, lots of greenery, quite cozy.
The sea is clear, especially in the morning, you can see the bottom, even at great depth.

The bungalows are quite cozy, air conditioning, balcony, TV (2 Russian channels)
There are masseuse girls working in the spa salon, I got to Irina and Mona for a full body massage. Both are professionals in their field. I recommend.
I needed a therapeutic massage, they add a cooling cream, which enhances the effect. This cream and others can be purchased on the spot, which I did. I am very pleased with the purchase.
Snezhana, the reception manager clearly serves, organizes the space very carefully.
I realized that it was during my vacation that spa treatments were needed, because a relaxed body helps me enjoy my vacation even more.

A nice, but somewhat "tired" hotel. Young people will be bored, since there is no evening animation as such. The food is excellent, breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner, night soup. The beach is your own, travel to Marmaris by minibus (orange) costs 25 lira. There is a hammam, but it is much more expensive than in the city. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.

I was with my son and a friend from 08/14/2024 I really liked the hotel! Great food, fish and meat every day, great treats, and alcohol is normal, especially rose wine and beer. The restaurant - the guys tried their best., you can choose. The sea is nearby, the beach is convenient, but our compatriots are on top. At 6 a.m., take up sun beds. You people are on vacation. In general, we had a good rest. The sea is warm, the sun and the pines.

Marmaris is a kind of "place of power" for me and my family. As a rule, we rest at the Sea star hotel, but this year the reservation for September flew off and we decided to stay at the Park hotel. Out of 6 visits, the second time. What I note is that the owner and management are common, and the hotels are completely different. Sea Star-for a holiday without children, in full comfort and attention of the staff!!! And this attention is in everything, even in replacing the cooling coffee on the table, and without asking, but because it's right! True, it was with the team that Meter Taner taught, now the position has weakened, but the Staff is in good shape. Questions with a change of underwear, bathroom cosmetics did not even stand- a priori. The kitchen was sagging there - the chef Nizami is permanent, hence the stagnation!
In the Park hotel, everything is the opposite - the kitchen is not bad, although it is monotonous (a lot of guests), the dishes are chipped, washing also raises questions, the cleanliness of the tables and the serving, when you growl at the staff, is normal. Trouble with the rest of the service!!! I don 't know , maybe the end of the season works like this ( were with 8-20/10/2023 ), there is no replaceable cosmetics in the bathroom, from the word at all, the castellans on the chill, the smell of dampness and pipes in the rooms (bungalows). The hotel has been in need of renovation for a long time, and not cosmetic. And the main measure is Sea Star 90% English Park hotel- 90% compatriots, I do not give an assessment, just make your choice.

Yes, the territory is not large, but this is Marmaris, and most hotels have a small territory. We went for the nature and the sea of Marmaris. I do not recommend anyone who wants a warm sea in July, it is better to go to the Antalya coast. The rest of the hotel is fine. The food was not too varied, but there was meat, chicken and fish in various versions.

Nice green hotel. Building 6 near the main building (numbers on the number 6) after renovation. The last floor in this building is an attic - the ceiling with corners is not for high guests. A small clean bathroom, new plumbing, everything works. The minibar is empty. The food is excellent. There are no queues for food. There are enough tables in the restaurant and on the street. The waiters clean up quickly. Beer is not diluted. Coffee machines + tea are everywhere-you can drink all the time. Marmaris is a 20-minute walk along the embankment or 7 minutes on the route ($1). The village of Ichmeler is 2 times closer. There is a paid bicycle rental service. There were no mosquitoes. The beach entrance to the sea is only by convenient ladders - the depth is immediately waist-deep. There were no waves. The sun beds are comfortable, there are many of them, you can find free ones. The hotel resembles a camp site, an old, outdated renovation, lived in one of the many separate buildings. Perhaps in the main building in a different way. Our room was small, but with a balcony. There was no view, just the same building across the path. But the cleanliness is excellent. The maid changed the linen every day, it was even a pity) towels too, even if they were not thrown on the floor. And there's not a speck of dust in the room. We haven't been to the spa, there was no time. The food is excellent!!! Varied and delicious. Drinks too (of those that have been tried). All the shortcomings are covered by the nature around, it is very atmospheric, there is no open sea, the place is surrounded by islands, here for an amateur, we liked it. There is a shade on the beach, there is a pontoon for sunbathers, entrance to the water by ladders. There are always enough sun beds for everyone, even during peak hours. Nirvana beach is nearby - free entrance, sun beds and umbrellas are paid, there is already a large sand and access from the shore, also a very beautiful beach.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 28.09 to 06.10. It's like we went back to the early 2000s in the interior. The nature and location are gorgeous. The food is modest, the alcohol is normal. There are cockroaches in the hotel. I saw it in the spa and in the room (dead). The beach is good, although the concrete has already been erased and no one cleans the stairs into the water. I noticed that the urns on the beach are rarely cleaned. In the morning, garbage remains from the evening, flies fly from this. There is smoking everywhere, the smell of tobacco is everywhere. Despite these disadvantages, we had a good rest. The rooms are modest, but the furniture is not worn. The bathroom is renovated. Both tiles and plumbing are new. Considering that we went for the views, not for the service, and paid a little more than 100 thousand, I give a rating of 4+.

A super hotel!
We had a rest from May 27 to June 4. We lived in room 623, a 4-storey building.
We are more than satisfied!
We drove from Bodrum for 2.2 hours, checked in immediately at 10 and went for breakfast.
Number. Everything worked. The beds are comfortable. The conday worked perfectly. Fridge. Water. Balcony. Linen was changed every day.
Food. Everything is sooo delicious!!! Meat, fish, vegetables, herbs, 5 kinds of olives, delicious desserts, wine. Apples, areles, apricots, peaches are made from fruits. Watermelon, mango, sliced pears.The staff is like bees, everyone is fussing, cleaning and reporting. I really liked the service. Pizza with French fries is on fire! They gained 5 kg of weight each.
Staff. Kind, helpful, hardworking people!
The sea, the beach. The sea is quiet, the entrance is by a ladder. It is better to sunbathe on the beach before lunch, after that it is better on the pier, the sun goes over the mountains.
Icmeler to the right of the hotel is 15min. Marmaris 20-25 min.
We are more satisfied than that!
Thanks! I didn't want to leave. We will definitely come back!
