Pros: close to Istiklal street and metro. Not a bad breakfast. If you leave late, then after eviction you can leave your suitcase and go for a walk.
Cons: terrible dirt, especially in the bathroom. All corners are covered in black mold, dust, hair of past residents. Wherever the water gets, there is a strong yellow coating. When I checked in, I asked to remove it, the guy at the reception spoke bad English, just nodded and smiled. I had to bring him to the room and point a finger, he replied that he could help me tomorrow. The next day he didn't remember about it, but I didn't ask again, because we didn't stay for long. The refrigerator in the room did not work. When I came to tell about it, they answered me simply "I know")) And they offered to put food in the service refrigerator for paid drinks in the corridor. The room has a balcony, but it is completely covered with partitions and artificial plants, because of this, no light gets into the room at all. The lamps also shine very weakly, the furniture is old and battered, there are stains on textiles, bed linen and towels. In hard-to-reach places like a ventilation grate of dust. There were disposable jars of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom, but they were already half used by someone. In general, it was a horror
Better than expected))) they gave me a room on the ground floor, it was a little dirty in the shower, the staff was friendly, and I changed the pillow and printed out the boarding passes :) thank you)))
A wonderful hotel, highly qualified and helpful staff, clean rooms, daily cleaning and towel change, varied and delicious breakfasts. Objectively, there is not a single complaint. Well, or we were so lucky, I do not know! But we definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
