Very friendly staff who are always ready to help you, although the managers do not speak Russian, we communicated in broken English (translator to help)).
The hotel is not located in the tourist part of the city, but the airport is only 35-40 minutes away.
We had a deluxe apartment with a kitchen, a washing machine, a dryer, two beds, a sofa. The beds are sooo comfortable. There is a shower in the room (not a bathtub).
In the corridor there is a panel with a smart house where you can adjust the light, air conditioning. And yes, the air conditioner is weak. They opened the window before going to bed.
Breakfast (buffet) We were not impressed, compared to European ones, it is very weak.
There is a free shuttle service (every hour) to the nearest shopping centers.
Clean, very comfortable, you can't hear the neighbors, only if they don't yell at one o'clock in the morning in the hallway)))
Overall, we liked it! There are pros and cons, but there are more pros.

Luxury hotel-apartments. The entire hotel team is very positive and always ready to help quickly and to the maximum. The hotel is new, the rooms are equipped with the latest technology. There is everything there, a washing machine, dryer, air conditioner, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, dishes - everything is brand new. The equipment in the room works on the principle of a "Smart home" from a centralized interactive remote control. All supplies in the room are unlimited. The room has two bathrooms and, of course, a shower. The hotel has an excellent SPA area and a fitness room with cool exercise equipment. Everything is new!
The hotel is very well located, in a quiet location. There are 4 Russian channels on the box. I have never regretted checking into this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!

There is no breakfast as such, there is no restaurant of its own. But there are deliveries from establishments around, the reception itself will help you order.
There is a gym, sauna /hammam (you need to book a sauna and hammam, but even with armor, the hammam was cold), the service is polite.
