Because they do such massage courses, I decided to take it, I attributed the fact of inhospitality to my lateness. After the massage, the left side of my face started to ache... I was surprised that everything was fine in the last place. I cancelled the follow-up session and went to the doctor. The doctor said that it is not worth doing a massage. But the certificate has already been purchased, I changed (transferred) it to biorepil peeling through the director.
Biorepil passed 3 sessions, each time its cost was deducted upon presentation of a subscription, 5-6 procedures had to be performed on the recommendation.The cost of the 1st session is 120 rubles, and at a seasonal discount 102. They were written off , respectively, by 102. On the third time, I am informed that an error occurred and it was necessary to count at full cost and retroactively wrote off all my remaining money. That's how the salon fixes its joints! I didn't react then, but the course was not completed, and I asked if the next session would be at a discount, to which they replied that yes. After the next procedure, I went to the payment and they announced 120 rubles to me. I reasonably asked, how is that? It turns out that they have removed the discount since May, but they did not warn me about it either by phone or before the procedure. Okay, I paid for it.
Next, I had to go to another cosmetologist for a consultation, and what was my surprise when I found out that after my peeling I had to use spf from the sun to avoid pigmentation!!!! In 2 months, no one told me about it, just don't wash on the first day and that's it!!! I trusted the master, because you're kind of going to a professional. I read about the care after peeling, I asked if my friend, who recommended peeling to me, had advised this. They told everyone!
Very indignant and angry, I wrote to the director. I really do not recommend communicating with this person, this is not a "service industry". I found out that they had already done me a big favor by changing my certificate. To which I pointed out to him that I HAD to change it after YOUR cosmetologist's session. After several unsubscriptions, he suddenly wrote to me that the admin had fully admitted guilt for the miscalculations and incorrect information and they would even refund me the money for the doctor I was forced to contact. They will count my sessions. The admin should have contacted me at the sat. An unknown number called me several times at the SB, but not from the salon. I don't answer such calls. At the end of the day, I texted the director again, asking why the admin hadn't called me. To which I received a reply that I received calls both yesterday and today (although there were no calls from the salon). And the number that called me turned out to be Olga's number, who wanted to clarify some of her questions with me. Now I need to come to them myself, schedule all my visits and write an application for a refund. I asked why they couldn't do it themselves, after the fact, just like they wrote it off. I was told that no one would communicate with me by mail anymore, and if I want a refund, then come and write.
After some time I arrived, Olga invited me to "talk"). She took me to her office and asked what was wrong, interrupting me, began her outpourings. It turns out that I should be ashamed. She does not believe in spf, and this is everyone's business, although she uses it on the first day of peeling. She said that I did not understand the question well enough and smiled mockingly (at the fact that I was not immersed in the questions of the origin of spf 🙂). That she sent me to the doctor, that I came to her for the first time with a subscription, that there were never any complaints about her, and she has been working for a long time. That I did not have pigmentation (and thank God!!), and in general it occurs due to the use of spf. That she was very upset that I ratted on her🤷♀️ When I realized that I was not being led to persuade her, I began to escort her out of the office. Just a drop! As a result, I still didn't understand why I would take on a client I wasn't sure I could help. If I had received the opinion that it was not worth doing a massage from her, I would not have taken a subscription and done it "at any cost".
I'm not talking about spf at all.
To be fair, before my arrival, all my sessions were scheduled and calculated, controversial points remained, but I no longer expected a 100% result. The money has not been returned yet.

When the administrator announced the price and said that "you yourself agreed to such a replacement," I thought I would strangle her for all this extravaganza of joints in a day.
