We ordered the facade and the countertop. The facade began to come apart, and the tabletop began to crack. Under the guarantee, the "masters" were called several times - they were fed with promises, but no one came (either the master was ill, or there was a heavy workload). That's how the warranty burned out. Money is wasted! They took the money and evaded responsibility. The normal treatment of the customer ends after receiving the last payment!

We came with dreams of a new kitchen, looked at it, talked about the materials and decided to cooperate and not contact anyone else. As a result: for the first week, the approximate cost is calculated for us according to the rough dimensions, then they draw an approximate layout of the project for a week, come to the measurement, mark the places of wiring of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, apron - we are intensively repairing. We have been waiting for 2 weeks for the exact project and the exact amount, we get a figure out of thin air, without explanations for fittings, solutions for opening lockers (which later turned out to be very strange and had to be redone). We go back to chatting and draw a project from start to finish for a few hours (it's not clear what we've been doing for a month), it turns out that now we need to move the plumbing, which is already embedded in the wall, and buy additional tiles on the apron - it's wonderful.in addition, while waiting for the calculation of their availability, the countertop disappeared, which we only found out about during a personal visit. We are doing another on-site control measurement, again calculating according to a new simplified project with the necessary fittings discussed. The result is that the price is almost the same and the comment "couldn't get any lower because the exchange rate has increased." It depends on the competencies of this organization.
In addition, about the contract: the stated conditions turned out to be untrue, the figures in the contract differ significantly, and, most importantly, the contractor is under no circumstances responsible for the risks, all responsibility is on the customer, that is, on you/us. Amazing organization
I highly do not recommend it. A month and a half of wasted time and money
