I don't even want to put 1 star. The promotional product is not available, the management simply did not order, forgot and left for the weekend, they have a five-day period. Why the promotion if there is no product? The sellers were the only thing that did not bite, only barked, I did not see any sellers rougher than in the sausage department. It's just awful. Where is the store chain owner looking? I will write a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce. There is nothing for such a network to do in Belarus. Belarus is famous for its benevolence, smiles, and friendliness. And this is just not a desire to work, as I understand it. Maybe the PO is quite meager? Pay attention to the staff. People should go to their favorite job, then they will not work at all, but do what they love.

I did not have the caution to visit this store. I bought meat (more than three kg) in an allegedly vacant package, the shelf life is the norm on the package, but something told me that meat in a vacuum is suspicious. I asked the seller about its freshness, she convinced me that the meat was fresh. I arrived home (11km from the store), pierced both packages with a knife., and then I can't tell you what fetid smells flooded in. I took him back to the store. The answer of the seller and the cashier is that there is no one from the management and since I violated the packaging, they cannot accept the goods back, despite the receipt. I went the next day, to the opening of the store. They smelled the meat there and informed me that meat should smell like that and I don't understand anything about meat. And if I've changed my mind about buying, then that's what I should say. I just didn't want to swear, but just return the goods and my money, which I am still waiting for on the card. I think so, if meat stinks, then you don't have to be a great expert to understand it.

Terrible store!
- the store is a constant mess;
- cockroaches run over meat;
- employees work in slippers (in the meat department), while their refrigerator sometimes leaks and they splatter on the water, and then touch the meat with their hands (maybe they don't know that bacteria spread on any surface and clothing?);
- there is a constant problem with cashiers (sometimes they are not there, sometimes they punch nonsense. For example: we bought marshmallows for 9 kopecks, and at home we found a Cheesecake in the receipt for 18 kopecks. At the same time, the cashier double-checked and said that everything was fine);
- several times we came across rotten dairy products or products with mold;
+ Not a bad choice.
Next time, we plan to fix all violations and contact the sanitary inspection service.

The cashier is at his workplace with an earphone in his ears and looks as if he has just been yanked out of a nightclub and put in the cash register, his shirt is unbuttoned on his chest. The only answer to the request to call the store manager is no! My husband wrote a complaint to the complaint book, but there was no response, employees do not respond to customer complaints and do not change old price tags with an outdated price! Many products have no price tags at all!Today I came back for groceries and again the baby puree is being punched at a different price! Have you lost your fear in the store at all? I have never seen many people walking around the store, but there is always a queue at the checkout, because basically 1 cash register is open. And if 2 are working, then the cashiers have a dialogue about their pressing problems, and they are not particularly interested in the speed of service.

Feta is orange instead of white, you open the milk, and it's already spoiled.
