Everything was delicious! We ordered cheese and classic ramen — they turned out to be excellent. My daughter was given fruit and yogurt from the children's menu, she also liked everything, although she did not finish everything.
We also ordered a set of 6 or 7 rolls — I don't remember exactly, but they were also very tasty. However, for some reason, sauces, wasabi and ginger had to be bought separately. It's understandable in the delivery, but it's kind of weird in the restaurant.
Overall, everything was just wonderful!

We were on 13.12.2024, we were extremely satisfied. I would like to express my gratitude to the administrator Angelina, the most pleasant girl, met us with a smile, escorted us to a cozy table, advised us on the menu. Despite the fact that there were a lot of people, she helped the waiters and tried to pay attention to everyone. Everything is great for food, too, quickly and efficiently, an open kitchen, you can watch the cooking process.
In general, my friend and I are pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service 😊

I visited this restaurant on 03/17/2025 and was absolutely delighted! The atmosphere is very cozy, the interior is stylish, and most importantly, the food is amazing.
I would like to mention the service separately – everything is at the highest level! The waitress Arina was very attentive and friendly and helped with the selection of dishes.

This is my second visit to this institution. And I'm not disappointed at all! Excellent cuisine, everything is fresh and delicious. The sushi is great. There were 6 of us at the table, and after ordering hot food, we could share and taste several dishes. I was impressed by the Oriental dumplings (I forgot what they are called), the thinnest dough and the juicy spicy filling. We finished the dinner with wonderful and unusual desserts.
I also recommend homemade lemonades.
The prices are quite adequate.

We visited this wonderful restaurant for the second time, we were pleased that the waiting time for the order was very short, there was a fairly large selection of dishes, the smoked eel bowl was pleased with the pleasant breadth of ingredients and was delicious, I tried Mochi for the first time and it's cool! I dream of ordering this dessert next time. The staff is great. A pleasant place to relax and celebrate!

I have been to this institution many times (including at Independence 18) and now I can write a general verified opinion.
This is one of the few places with an acceptable price tag where everything is good - delicious fresh food, cool cocktails(!), attentive and polite staff, cozy interior with unobtrusive music.
The only remark: on my last visit, I ordered Lax soup with seafood and gunkans. He was disgusting. Maybe because it was Sunday and everyone relaxed... I'll explain. There were only two small mussels and a little squid in the seafood soup. I didn't see a single piece of fish. And his price is 20 boons, for a second. The broth was not bad, but it was impossible to eat because of some hay that was always coming across.
The gunkans were hideously shaped, as if a person had made them for the first time. It didn't spoil the taste, but the overall impression is yes. If it was done by beginners, then it is better to train them not on clients.
Tom yam and miso are very tasty soups. There are also generally decent sashimi, sushi menus and mochi.

We were at Marumi with a friend for the first time today. I'm not exactly a fan of Asian cuisine, but I like it for a change. She was so afraid to go at all, she thought she wouldn't like it. As a result, we ate everything, and ordered supplements)). Absolutely all the dishes are incredibly beautiful, balanced in taste and satisfying. As a catering employee, I can't help but mention the chic, clean room and very polite staff of the establishment. The music is also unobtrusive, pleasant, and adds atmosphere. I was pleased with the menu, there really is a lot to choose from for those who do not eat meat. If you are thinking about trying it, this is an unequivocal recommendation)
I rarely give 5 stars, but it seems that this is now one of my favorites in Minsk. Thank you for your hard work.

How do I like Marumi? Great. I haven't eaten so delicious for a long time! Although I'm not a big fan of Oriental cuisine, but I appreciate the dishes in Marumi one hundred percent! The menu is very diverse, the choice was difficult! The result is sushi, romaine chizu-tori soup, duck, some sweetly sour crispy beans. I will especially mention romaine and beans!
We were served by a very nice Milana!
A 15% discount was made on the Birthday.

We decided to go on the advice of friends. But I can't say that we liked it. The cuisine is adapted to the Europeans. If you've tried something authentic Chinese or Asian, it won't look like it.
But the Tom-yam liked it, moderately coarse and spicy, not much filling, a couple of shrimps and a couple of mussels with shells.
Gong bao chicken. She didn't please us at all. The chicken is in the sauce, as for other dishes, and sprinkled with ground nuts. Whereas in originle it's a whole peanut.
The portions are small, which is also not encouraging.
Prices are average and higher. They say the quality of food varies from restaurant to restaurant, and there are 4 of them.

- I would have to wait another 10 minutes for the chef to confirm or deny the preparation of the dish.;
- according to the order itself, the Tom kha soup with shrimp was almost cold,
- duck breast with orange dressing and sweet potato is generally a nightmare - salted meat, the presence of honey was not felt at all, the sweet potato is almost black - it looks more like a fried ember than baked.
Why did we pay 100% for poorly cooked meals anyway - because we were tired of constantly waiting for someone and really wanted to eat.
This is the first time we went to this institution and we will never go there again.
I hope the review will help someone, and the kitchen will think about cooking - it's better to cook fewer dishes, but better!

We were at the restaurant at Independence 78 this evening. The kitchen is excellent, everything was brought on time and everything is very tasty. I liked the cheese ramen the most.
