There are no complaints about the store as a whole. Unless you can't find consultants with fire during the day. And given their need to move genres from place to place, sometimes you spend a lot of time searching for the right shelf.
A huge complaint about gift certificates. A purchase is not always made for the total amount and the change is simply transferred to the receipt (!) Attempts to explain that a paper receipt is the most unreliable storage simply shrug their hands.
