A wonderful guest house for a relaxing holiday. We had a rest at the end of September and were satisfied with absolutely everything. The rooms are very cozy and clean. There is a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi, uninterrupted hot water, air conditioning, parking for cars. A very nice gazebo at the hotel with a barbecue area where you can have a delicious breakfast and spend the evenings. Many thanks to Svetlana and Galina for the order, cleanliness and friendly atmosphere. They will always tell you and help you. We definitely recommend this guest house for a holiday.

Pros: close to the border, near the hotel within walking distance (5-10 minutes slowly) shops, beach, ATM, pharmacy, cafe, Sukhumi highway (who by car). Gagra is only 18/20 kilometers away. There is its own Parking, barbecue area, small Playground, pets are allowed, there is a washing machine, the breakfasts are delicious, the staff is friendly and courteous, its own terrace in the courtyard, wi-fi is good, there is a kitchen area. The village itself is quiet, a place for those who want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The water is clean, warm, the beach is really pebbly, but clean, two sun beds with a sun umbrella were not expensive at all. In all shops and cafes where we had our own wi-fi and payment by transfer without problems (Sberbank or Tinkoff, very rarely Alfa-Bank). In general, we were just relaxing for fun. Good afternoon, my husband and I rested at the Maryam hotel, the impressions were only positive 👍 The staff is wonderful, responsive❤️ Delicious breakfasts, everything is clean👌 location close to the border, minibuses, shops within walking distance, 5-7 minutes to the sea. I recommend 🤝

The hotel is nice and hospitable. There is everything you need, a TV, Wi-Fi, split system in the room. A separate large kitchen-dining room, with a TV, two refrigerators. On the territory there is a large gazebo, a barbecue area (several barbecues), a Playground.

I liked everything sooooo much . I spent my honeymoon here with my Wife . The sea is nearby , very quiet , calm and cozy 🙏 The staff is very polite ) Any issue is being resolved right now 🙂 Galina and Svetlana , thank you very much for the reception🥰

The supper hotel. The rooms are very cozy and comfortable. There is a very cool and cozy gazebo in the backyard where you can sit and barbecue. The hotel also has a kitchen where you can prepare a meal. Everything is brand new and clean. The sea is just a 5-minute walk away. There are shops and cooking nearby. The beach is not clogged, which made me very happy. I will definitely return to this hotel. I will rest only there. I recommend this hotel.

We had a rest in early July with a young man. A very cozy room, although small, has everything you need. Air conditioning, Smart TV, toilet with shower, bed, mirror, bedside tables, wardrobe, curtains on the windows. Everything is very clean and sterile.
Friendly staff, always welcome. We were also lucky with the neighbors, everyone is very friendly.
There is a kitchen, there is usually no one there, but there is everything you need: appliances, refrigerator, glasses and much more, everything is free. Very convenient
Which was a separate plus for me - not far from the sea. The beach is clean and sparsely populated (but you need to buy special slippers, otherwise you will barely walk on the pebbles like us). There are shops and cafes nearby.
Overall, I really liked the place, I think we will return there again. Price-quality ratio🔥

A wonderful hotel👍🏻Cozy and comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff!!!There are many outdoor recreation areas with mountain views!The sea is 5 minutes away, the beach is pebbly and the beautiful clear turquoise sea,everything is alive, restaurants and cafes!!!

Wonderful hotel, excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is everything you need in the rooms and in the kitchen. You can spend cozy evenings on site!

We had a family vacation, we liked it! Comfortable rooms, a large kitchen with everything you need, there is even a laundry room, and most importantly, it is very clean and 5-7 minutes to the sea. shops and cafes are also nearby. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come again 😊

Among the advantages: cleanliness on the territory, reality corresponds to the description, it takes 10 minutes to walk slowly to Sorya, buses are nearby through the railway tracks, shops are nearby, a barbecue area, upon request, a brand new hair dryer was provided, delicious and hearty breakfasts
Among the disadvantages: the room was never cleaned in 10 days, they only provided a dustpan and a mop for self-cleaning, there was never a change of bed linen in 10 days, there was no sign "Maryam" and the street name, only the house number on the fence - it's inconvenient to navigate.

The place is not bad, but the smell in the toilet is terrible and when leaving the territory, at first the owners were kind, but before leaving they decided not to stand on ceremony and answered rudely enough.
