Awesome place. Great apartments.

Modern residential complex of good quality. Most of the residents are Arabs and Russian speakers. Clean, lots of greenery.
There is one small grocery store and one pharmacy.
Of the cons, there is practically nothing within walking distance. You can only walk around the house.
P.S. A huge mosque is being built near the complex, which will become a religious center of attraction.

I really liked the area. There were caricatures in many places, the area is cool, clean, tidy and the houses are good, the contingent is also very different from other parts of the Caricature.
