Cons: problems with hot water, the balcony door did not close in my room (everything would be fine, but there is one balcony for two rooms and one day a neighbor came to me with the question "what to drink?"), for breakfast if he came down later for half an hour all the tables will be occupied... dirty dishes, the staff disappears... to ask to remove at least one table, you need to go to the reception and declare a wanted list.

The hotel is not 5 stars. The safe didn't work. They replied to my request that the technicians were not doing this. The plumbing is already battered. For 4 days, the bed has never been changed, although if it is 5 stars, then the replacement should be made daily. Of + large spacious rooms, good breakfast. But with regard to breakfast - it is written that from 8 to 10, but out of 4 days 2 days the staff with breakfast was late for 40 minutes, then the cook was late, then something else. The restaurant is open only for breakfast, and it is so-so. The Internet is sooo weak, not on every floor. The beds are apparently very old. The mattresses are lumpy. 5 stars does not pull at all. Maximum of 1 star. The price for a room in the area of 4k. There are also positive aspects. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel are reported every day. Towels are also changed every day. I arrived at 8 a.m. from a night flight, they told me that breakfast would be brought to the room while I was sleeping, they forgot about me, called at 10 and what they brought me was not worth 800 rubles at all, it was terrible, on other days I went downstairs and had a normal breakfast, there is everything and porridge, and scrambled eggs, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, meat, sausages, a good buffet.
The room is clean, the room itself is comfortable and pleasant, the bed is clean.
I noticed in the bathroom on the floor after taking a shower, water accumulates in one place where it should not appear, because the curtain is closed, I wiped it off, but the other day I completely forgot and when I went out I slipped and hit myself hard. And when I closed the bathroom, this flimsy curtain rod flew off, I had to fix it. In short, the san node needs to be worked on.
By the way, there is an air conditioner.

Hello everyone The hotel, of course, is not five stars, as they claim. But the service is quite good. Cleaning every day, everything is clean and tidy. The staff is very polite and helpful, not the reception always helped quickly and fully. The manager takes great care of the customers. There was a difficult issue not related to accommodation. I responded, helped to solve it, I am very grateful.
On the other hand, there are weddings on the ground floor all the time, I had fun, and someone might get upset. The rooms have been renovated for a long time, they look a little tired, although I saw that repairs were underway, so I need to ask with fresh repairs. In winter, the pool and sauna do not work, I was hoping to take a steam bath. The style inside the hotel is Kyrgyz Empire, everything is expensive and rich.
To summarize, I liked it, but it won't suit everyone. Call, ask, the staff really helps!

Hello everyone, there was an unpleasant situation with the administration on 07/25.23. I was with my brother, my brother still had the keys to the locker. It so happened that after bathing there were no keys, and the rim to which the key was fixed remained in his hands. In response to my attempts to explain to the administration that this was a force majeure situation, i.e. we could not influence the course of events in any way, she rudely said a fine of 200 soms. I don't mind 200 som, it's about principles. They are all service personnel and should talk kindly. As a result of the communication, the administrator said again in a rude way that I should dive in and look for it. It would be my fault if they lost it along with the rim, but I couldn't think that the key was poorly fixed because I regularly went here + there is no water to take a shower after bathing because the water is not clean.
