A good sports complex for a residential area. There is a swimming pool (the water is clean, warm, up to 1.7, you can purchase a subscription, the mode will suit everyone). Simple, old-fashioned, but neat, clean. Polite staff, you can have hot drinks (coffee and tea vending machine in the lobby), Payment in cash, by card.
