Budget hotel. Yes, very modestly. But it's clean. Advantages: the center of Yerevan, where the streets and establishments for guests of Armenia are located, is clean, there is a hairdryer), friendly staff. I didn't find any disadvantages for that kind of money (but the toilet covers could have been changed)) For tourists, there is an opportunity to comfortably sleep and wash up. Special respect to Armen! A really friendly and good employee, always ready to help. It seems that if you want to return to this hotel, it's only thanks to Armen) Good luck and prosperity to all!
This is the second time in Yerevan and the second time we are staying here. I really like it, it's cozy and comfortable. We only come to spend the night at the hotel, there are comfortable beds, hot water is the most important thing for me))) . And the most important thing is the location, you can't think of a better one. It's just that everything is nearby. The breakfasts are good and satisfying.
It's not even close to a hotel. The guest house is located in a corridor-type basement. The location is convenient at first glance. But somewhere in the yards. A musty smell greets you at the entrance. Reception + cafe + rooms are all located on the same floor. This means maximum audibility. The room is very tired. The furniture is tired chipboard. I didn't go to bed because of the dirty bed linen. I didn't even touch the towels - they are gray, not white. The toilet was the last straw in the sea of my patience: a broken and dirty toilet lid, a curtain instead of a glass door in the shower... There's just dirt in the corners. My mistake was to pay for the room before examining the room. The money was returned to me heavily and with threats. At the same time, the price of the object is at the level of good hotels in the area.
Great hotel!Small, cozy! The breakfasts are incredibly delicious and a lot of things! The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed daily too. True, there is no hair dryer, but these are small things. The hotel is located in the center of Yerevan!Wherever you go, you come to Mashtots Ave.! And the most important thing is the people, the staff. Incredibly responsive, friendly, kind, will help with advice in all cases. In short, I highly recommend it! Both the hotel and Yerevan in general!
A normal hostel, the main advantage is the city center, from where it is close everywhere. In the morning, a good hearty breakfast, normal mattresses, decent attitude towards people. One problem in Yerevan is the unauthorized shutdown of electric power. And so- The food is delicious, the portions are large. the weather is good, Ararat is big and beautiful, the cognac is real!!
We stayed at this hotel in April 2023. One of the advantages is the location! Near the opera and ballet theater, the cascade, the square, a bunch of cafes, we walked. There is enough food for breakfast, but the food is very different, for example, porridge (quick-brewed) and onion salad, yogurt, juice and a bun are given at the same time. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed. Among the disadvantages-the hotel is located in the courtyards, in the basement of an apartment building, a taxi can not be found for a long time, the rooms are humid, the smell of dampness. There is no sound insulation, we hear snoring from the neighboring rooms. And at the end of our stay - a Mouse! There is a garbage dump near the hotel, mice, rats! Definitely wouldn't go back there, I don't recommend it.
You know, I really liked everything, this is how a non-expensive hotel in the center should be, clean, cozy, very friendly staff who are ready to help and prompt...Special thanks for the breakfast with us, which we were given at our request since we left early, even the testicles were cleaned and salt was put)
The hotel is located on the ground floor of an apartment building. The rooms are small, but quite comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the TV with Russian channels is located in the center. Special thanks to the staff for their help in finding and delivering our luggage to the hotel, which Aeroflot did not load onto the plane, but sent on a completely different flight and even by another airline. And it was also very nice to try the festive treats for Easter breakfast. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

Excellent location, across the house from the opera house. There are 3 shops in the same courtyard with the hotel - vegetables, fruits and two markets. You leave the courtyard - 2 streets of cafes and restaurants, you don't stay hungry. We liked the cuisine at the nearby Epicurus restaurant. The hotel is small, with 8 rooms, occupies the ground floor of a residential 9-storey building. The renovation is neat, the room is cleaned daily. There is no safe in the room. Breakfast is served in the small hall from 9 to 11, which is brought from the kitchen. There is no choice of dishes, they bring the same to everyone, but every day is different. Since the windows overlook the courtyard, respectively, the noises from the courtyard are cars, and the conversations of passers-by are clearly audible. You close the window, it gets quiet. The sound insulation of the room is not very good, you can hear what is happening in the lobby. Mostly quiet. I bow low to the staff - very polite and helpful people. Everyone speaks Russian, you can contact us on any issue - they will help. After check-out, the luggage can be left in the storage room, there are scales - you can weigh the suitcase.
The center is clean, budget-friendly, with breakfast. Normal mattresses and pillows, you can get a great night's sleep, but ... more precisely, BUT! The hotel is located in the basement, the windows of the rooms are under the ceiling, and the wheels of cars parked nearby are often visible in them. Although, if you are in a car, then this is even a plus)

Good afternoon, the location of the hotel is excellent, everything is within walking distance. We rented a car and we had a parking space, while there are a lot of cars everywhere (we rested in November, so in the season I don't even know if there is enough space for everyone). Breakfast: pumpkin porridge or salted wheat with chicken, cottage cheese, cheese, juice, yogurt, cookies, eggs, sausages, etc. every day is different, portioned, we had enough. The service is excellent, the staff is friendly. The water was slowly leaving in the shower, they asked to clean it, they immediately responded. Our room was very small, the TV was on top of the closet, while friends (later compared, the price is the same) had more, so if you have the opportunity to watch and choose first, then use this. Shampoo, shower gel, slippers, toothbrushes, kettle, glasses, mugs, hair dryer are in the room. In terms of price-quality ratio, I recommend it.
The hotel is not bad, in the very center, there are many cafes, shops nearby, everything is in the room. But 4 stars for turning off the hot water periodically. But overall, the impressions are positive
We stayed at this hotel for the second time (November 22), a good location - in the city center, but not by the road, but in the depths of the courtyards. Very friendly staff, we went to a meeting both at check-in and at check-out. Plentiful breakfasts. Modern rooms, TV, telephone, hair dryer, minibar, Wi-Fi. It seemed cool in the room, the floor was cold, but not critical.
Good breakfasts. Responsive staff. They helped us out several times and prepared breakfast for us in advance, as they left early. The perfect location - everything basic is within walking distance. Cleanliness is not ideal, but not critical.
A nice modest hotel in the very center of Yerevan. Clean, the staff is friendly. Comfortable beds with good mattresses. It is located in the basement. But for tourists who leave in the morning and return only to spend the night, the view from the window is not important. The breakfasts are quite edible and hearty. They only start at 9 a.m.
In the very center. A few meters from the central avenue, though in the backyard. Clean, quiet, calm. Slept well: comfortable beds. For this price, it's just great
A great hotel and even better its location, and this is the city center. The employees are quite responsible. And friendly. There are breakfasts. Clear.
Terrible hotel! How can a decent hotel refuse to accommodate Artsakh Armenians who find themselves in such a difficult situation, with the words: "they will break the beds." Shame on you, non-cooks!!!
We stayed as a family! Super place: cozy, quiet enough, very friendly and helpful staff (the guys are great fellows)! The breakfasts are very hearty and delicious! And all this at an affordable price. One disadvantage: the hotel is on the ground floor.
1 star for choosing people
you did not miss the paid number of the family from Karabakh, are they not people?
the hotel itself is worthy of 5 *
well, the owner of the hotel does not pull 1 *
Mashtots is a budget hotel. Anyone who does not experience negative feelings from living in the basement and for whom the number of stars is not important, then you are here. The hotel is located in the second courtyard of the central avenue of Yerevan - ave. Mesrop Mashtots . Here you will receive all the amenities, a rich breakfast and the cordiality of the polite and friendly staff. In addition, most of the city's attractions are within walking distance. It is definitely worth coming to Armenia!
A cozy small hotel in the center of Yerevan. The breakfast included in the room rate is portioned. The serving size is average between large and huge. The quality is excellent :)
The price does not match the quality. 3500 rubles for this number is too much. There was a slight smell of sewage in the room. The linen is clean. Condey is working. But everything looks very "tired". The hotel is located in a dark corner, but in the center. It's okay to sleep for one night, but the price is clearly too high.
It is difficult to call this place a hotel, an annex to an apartment building, a cuckoo's nest of some kind, all micro, micro rooms, micro breakfast tables.
In general, it is more or less clean, but everything is kind of user-friendly.
Well, for one night, you can survive.

Excellent staff. Keep it up !! They settle in as early as possible, give tea and coffee) Disgusting breakfasts, inedible sausages, everything in portions, without a buffet. It is located in the basement, hence the lack of light in the rooms, the shower curtain is very short, all the water is on the floor. And so, cleanly. Kindly. There was no cleaning for three days, I had to ask for supplies. There is a toothbrush, slippers, soap, gel and shampoo
It's terrible! It's terrible! Booked a month before arrival. The money transfer was made in advance, with a small child in his arms! And in fact it turned out that they were very sorry, the reservation was not fixed for us and there are no seats. I had to look for another place and was forced to pay "dearly". Beware!
A clean, cozy family hotel, courteous staff, delicious breakfasts. In the center of Yerevan. You can book trips to the most beautiful places in Armenia at the reception.
Excellent mini-hotel in the city center.
Friendly staff, cozy rooms, delicious breakfast.
If I visit Yerevan again, I will stay here.
Thanks for the reception.
Not a bad hotel. Close to the center, not expensive, breakfast, cleanliness in the room. The only thing I didn't like was the basement room, which is why the extractor hood doesn't work well, so despite the dry Armenian climate, the room was damp.
