I will join you with negative reviews about this store. There are no complaints about the quality of things, Massimo Dutti makes nice things, although the choice here is modest. 20 percent of the new collection was presented. But Mark scored on the staff in this God-forsaken store. The girls are not at all customer-oriented, they are more interested in putting things out. Priority in service is given to locals, only then they respond to "visitors". Things at the checkout are postponed for 30 minutes at most, I arrived at the 31st minute, please run around the hall looking for my things. Pepper adds complexity to the payment. The world is not accepted, and you can only pay up to 7000 rubles in cash at a time. They work slowly, inattentively. While I was standing in line, I saw several errors when counting other customers' purchases. The service is much inferior to the level that we observed in Moscow in the shops of Massimo Dutti. But still, this is some kind of opportunity to buy things of your favorite brand, and it's wonderful!
Things, as always, were in Massimo - chic. The service and the store itself sucks. The store is stuffy, the fitting rooms look like a closet, there is nothing to breathe, all things are lying around, some are just piled up in heaps. Sellers are completely disoriented in the assortment and size grids, can't find a thing that is shown in stock, forget about requests to bring the right size. In general, a complete disappointment
This is the first time I've seen such a small selection and 3 sellers per store. The courtesy of the sellers leaves much to be desired, except for the girl in the fitting room. The store is untidy, there is little choice, there are no necessary sizes
