This residential area began to be built up since the Soviet era, 35 years ago residential panel houses, main and courtyard roads were only built here, now after a while the area has changed a little, planted trees have grown, landscaping of individual lawns has been done and auxiliary shops have been built, a surface metro has been carried out, this is the main plus, well, in general, all of the positive. The panel houses themselves are dilapidated, and it is already very noticeable that the view is not the same, repairs are at best selective and just painting the facade, and it does not look very good, to put it mildly, entrances and elevators are also selectively repaired. The traffic and the flow of people has become much larger and denser, the roadbed is collapsing, the private sector has built up chaotically around the free zone, and all this spoils the appearance of this neighborhood. The most important thing is, of course, the noise and smog that hangs over the sleeping area, as well as over the whole city, it becomes difficult for everyone to breathe.
Cool I like this array the side of Kadyshev bazaar lesunov 1 it's nice to take a walk walk around the cafe there is a good draft beer in general the norms
A cozy place, people seemed kind and friendly to me. Everything is fine with the infrastructure, too, if you compare it with other districts of Tashkent.
The famous gumma number 1. Now there is an institution called "Olot. Somsa" where there are a lot of Bukhara dishes and samsa is juicy. Try it when you pass by
It is a very difficult and dangerous intersection for people and vehicles.Crossing the intersection, it is worth looking both to the right and to the left, so as not to get into the story on the road....
Disgusting. Eternal traffic jam on the cross, not yards, but solid parking lots and garages. There's nothing to breathe. I don't think there are so many carports in the yards anywhere... Poor children, where are they walking?
I'm sick of one traffic jam, but we live here, there is no way out, we spend so much fuel only on a traffic jam and it's not possible to fly a very very overloaded loaded intersection, there are no words even
A well-known point in Tashkent where old wolves can navigate.
For 90 years, the place was very famous. There are a lot of showdowns between other mahallas, especially With Yangiabad. Not far away there is an old bakery, many pharmacies and the famous 40 years of gum.
Not a cafe with pilaf and barbecue
in the evening, not a cozy pie shop, do not cover the hat that is happening BECAUSE of traffic jams at this intersection from early morning to evening. Sometimes it takes several traffic light cycles to drive through it, and this is not very pleasant when it is over 50 Celsius on the street.
Drivers fight like sheep, often in person and in absentia, sending each other to well-known addresses.
There has long been a need for an interchange in the form of a bridge.
Look for other ways to enter
A lot of problems, I live there myself. Old pipes in the basements of houses,a management company that doesn't really do anything, old elevators are garbage, there are no places to rest and walk for the population. New landscaping is not produced and plane trees are not cut dry but good.As soon as the roads are asphalted, then they dig them. There are no normal sports grounds. Problems with light, heating and hot water.

In the daytime, it is even more so. But in the evening it's better not to even try to cross the road here. Traffic flows during rush hour with inadequate drivers, especially minibus drivers on Damase, who do not care about traffic regulations. Of the interesting things here is only a basket, but it is also ordinary, like all the others
40 years of Victory, or Tuzel is a big district! My review is specifically about the 2nd quarter, the Cross!! Very convenient location of the houses: absolutely everything is nearby - the road, bus stops, metro, markets, bazaar. But there is not a single decent playground!! In 2018, the playgrounds were put in order, cleaned, fenced, and covered with sand. And less than 4 years have passed since there was nothing left of the sites! The swing is broken, the slides have been there since Soviet times (There is nowhere to go for a walk with children!
The road, the intersection is generally a separate topic- you cross the traffic light with fear, because the traffic rules are not familiar to anyone, along the way. It's time to install a pedestrian crossing there, in order to avoid a tragedy.
A good area, there are shops basket, confectionery Sofia, metro. The only big disadvantage at the intersection is that a bridge is needed to prevent constant traffic jams.
I love this place, there are a lot of things to buy in the bazaar, a lot of buses, there are subways, a lot of traffic lights, only a lot of private traders who rush like crazy, it's scary sometimes to cross the road even at a green light in the evening, but everything is neat and clean, I love this place.
The metro is nearby, there is a very large flow of vehicles Kadyshev bazaar is nearby. I like a good area. It takes half an hour to get to the center via the subway. There are a lot of noisy cars during rush hour .
The cross! Where did this name come from?! Previously, there was no traffic light at the intersection and there was only a road sign. The intersection was popularly called the sign of the cross and the name of the cross came about. In the photo, the 2nd block and earlier a large plane tree grew in this place and boiled corn and various sweets were sold under this tree only in the late 80s and early 90s this array was completed, which consists of 4 blocks, a lot of shops, salons, schools, kindergartens, an array of unusual buildings and quiet courtyards.
A great place , a large network of different shops , there is a street market , a metro line , everything is cleaned and tidy inside the block ! Now it is the central place in the district!
There are many transports. There is also a subway. It's a cool place to live. But if you ignore not much noise. Cleanliness is the maximum here. There are buses and subways
I love this neighborhood. The contingent is mostly Russian-speaking. But! One day I really needed flowers and I didn't find a single stall. It surprised me. Pharmacies and alcohol dispensaries here are 5 pcs per square meter, but there are no flowers
