The order for the roof overlap, there is a lot of material left, and there is still a roof floor.
For some reason, the old roof was left in the attic, the ledge for drains is very short, half of the material is screwed weakly or obliquely, there were some blunders, even the work costs a lot of money. If a person does not understand, he turned to you, why can't you do your job efficiently or do not take it on. I do not recommend this company, and if you have already been contacted, then I advise you to invite an outside specialist to accept their work, believe me, the impressions will go through the roof!!!!

I thank the Master365 company for the good work.
It was a great solution to insulate and reconstruct the appearance of my house, because it was wooden and shabby.
The contract was signed on January 18, 2024, the material was delivered on February 26, and on February 6 they arrived for installation. We were satisfied with everything both in terms of time and cost.
Among the disadvantages was the delivery of materials because 3 panels were missing, but this minus did not affect us in any way. The deadlines were fulfilled previously agreed, the house is beautiful, I'm beautiful, we all liked it. I recommend the company as a reliable contractor of the services provided.

I do not recommend Master 365 to anyone. I decided to sheathe a house in the Vitebsk region. Mikhail arrived, said that everything was fast and high-quality. The documents were issued on April 8, 2023. They promised to start in 2 weeks. As a result, the dispatcher called and rescheduled the time. No one gave the director's phone number. In June, installers Roman and Alexey arrived. The house was sheathed, but the installation of the basement was not done. They gave me a phone number to use. As a result, those people refused, citing their lack of professionalism. Roman and Alexey said they would do it themselves. But then the calls and messages stopped being answered.

Just terrible impressions from this company. The master, without even going to the facility, calls the exorbitant cost of the work, without even knowing what material we will choose and without evaluating the front of the work. Talking with the manager, the cost of work is from 90 to 120 rubles. sq. m. turnkey house cladding. And according to the master, all 150 rubles. sq. m. come out. I ask where such an inflated figure came from, if something else was originally announced, the answer is half killed -"I am a master, I know better." Seriously? I repeat, this is not even going to the facility and not knowing what we specifically want. Horror.

We are very disappointed with the work of this company. We understand that it is our own fault that we began to cooperate with them.
1. The contract was concluded "pushing through" and leaving no time to think and take a break. The measuring master pressed on the fact that he was driving from afar and we should have thought earlier. In the end, we agreed. And that was a mistake!
2. The work was supposed to start on May 29. The arrival of the brigade was constantly postponed. As a result, the work began on June 20. The reasons were not given each time.
3. After the completion of the work, all the garbage, bricks, building materials, cigarette butts were left to us "as a gift". The cleaning of the territory took another week. After cleaning, we found that the ventilation pipes of the basement, which ventilate the wooden floor, were covered with siding. We contacted the foreman of the construction team, the measurer, the foreman. We have repeatedly called the call center. For all our attempts to solve this issue and solve the problem with opening the ventilation hatches, they did not offer any adequate solutions, it feels like they did not understand what the issue was (popularly called "dushniki" in summer they should be open to ventilate and dry the wooden floor, in winter they should be tightly closed so as not to it was cold in the house and the floor was not frozen). Our request was simply refused to understand and take at least some action. Then they offered to make holes in two-meter increments along the base (and they don't care where the previous hatches are) for an additional fee.
Question: WHY was it necessary to cover the house with siding? So that in the end it would be even worse than before?
To say that we are disappointed is to say nothing. Money and time have been wasted. I would like to wish everyone to think a thousand times and choose another company. Cheaters, unscrupulous people who don't think about their customers at all. It is a pity that there are such employees in our country.

When contacting a company to eliminate them , there are no specific answers , they only feed them with promises and stall for time .There is no connection with the management , the number is not given without referring to specific reasons . The price tag is highly inflated for the work . Estimates for the material were not provided.

A beautiful website with a complete lack of any specific information. When you call these numbers, a girl answers, who in fact is just a dispatcher who will not tell you any prices. Even approximately. Although at the same time there is a questionnaire on the site that assumes receiving this information. It all boils down to the fact that their master measurer should come to you. But, I'm sorry, at least the frame prices per square meter should be. But there's nothing here. Perhaps the construction company itself is working well. But the site and the initial information are disgusting.
The measurers came. Quite nice and literate people. There are no complaints about them. But the prices!!! According to my conservative calculations, it is twice as high as the real ones. Of course, I understand that they need to feed the staff, but 13,000 bel. rubles (including discounts), for 50 real square meters of a single-pitched roof? According to my calculations, the price was almost doubled. We tried to play on greed, promising a 13% discount if I sign the contract right away. That is, if you think about it and sign it later, the price will be almost 15000 rubles. In general, human greed knows no bounds
