Excellent professional work! I recommend it!
The manager communicated very respectfully, listened attentively to all my wishes, questions and adjustments. In clear language and using examples, she told me about all the options that could be done on the site, helped me decide on the shape of the monument, and made several options so that I could clearly see and understand what I liked best. They kept in touch with me at every stage. The artists' portrait turned out to be amazing, my small adjustments were taken into account. The workers also communicated culturally, no one was in a hurry when I came to look.
I was completely satisfied with the result. Everything was done on time.
It's nice when, despite the sad circumstances, the last memories of a dear person help to consolidate in a worthy way. To everyone who participated, my big thanks!

I really liked the organization of the process and the approach to the client, starting from the approval of the order to the acceptance of the work done. When approving the order, all wishes were taken into account. In moments where doubts arose, for example, the size of the flower bed, the location of the bench, the material of the fence, various options were offered, the pros and possible cons were indicated. The manager also paid close attention to the information provided about dates and full name, checking and clarifying the details several times in the process to eliminate errors and proposed a non-standard design of the monument, which turned out to be much better than just a rectangular slab. Both the manager, the designer and the team of installers constantly kept in touch , reported on the current state of work, asked clarifying questions at moments where there were ambiguities. We are satisfied with the result, it turned out even better than it seemed. I recommend.

Disgusting attitude towards customers! Even after several one-time calls with foremen (master) Eugene and managers for 2.5 months, although the deadline is 1 month, so everything is still not done!! No one has come to the site in all this time!!! It is not clear from where you have so many positive reviews!

I liked the attitude of this company towards me as a client. Manager Anna took responsibility and took my quirks seriously. I really wanted the tulip-shaped monument to be perfectly shaped. That's what they did to me! During the production of the monument, every stage was coordinated with me, which is also a big plus. I recommend this company.

When loved ones leave, you have to turn to specialized organizations to perpetuate their memory in stone. If this happens to you, we advise you to contact the company "Master Granite", with which we collaborated this summer. The goal was to replace the old monument on the grave of our relatives with a new complex. "Master Granite" offered a lot of options suitable for our site. When the option was chosen, the manager of the company, Manulik Kosmos Dmitrievich, discussed with us all the subtleties of the project, various options and terms of the process, and also offered good conditions and discounts. They took into account constructive suggestions, wishes and even the requirements of each of us, which initially seemed to be a difficult matter. Our desire to take part in the design of the stele (portraits) and the inscriptions on it (fonts and location) was also accepted without objection. Finally, the price for the implementation of the plan seemed reasonable and acceptable to us.
The manufacturing process went exactly according to plan. We were constantly aware of the state of affairs and could control the process (how the old monument was removed, how the foundation was made, etc.). By the way, the foundation was executed flawlessly, and our efforts to find at least some flaws were unsuccessful.
Our cooperation with the artist Vadim Boyarchuk (making portraits on stone) was also constructive, fulfilling all our wishes (many would call it "whims") – lighten the pupil, fix the hair, align the tie, highlight the background, etc. He also covered the portraits with protective special composition (now, for example, during the rain, portraits on neighboring graves "disappear", and ours just glow). The master of making inscriptions Stepan Tolstoy – put them on our stele with the fonts we proposed and arranged them with an accuracy of a millimeter. All employees of "Master Granite" acted constructively and professionally. As a result, we really got a real monumental complex at an average budget price! We are sincerely grateful to the employees of the company "Master Granite" – and those with whom we indirectly "contacted", and those who did their job, but "remained behind the scenes".
