We bought a laptop in an online store, after a couple of months it stopped turning on. They were delivered under warranty to the store. A couple of days later, the store reported that the service (this is Mr. Crab) found traces of liquid ingress and traces of opening the laptop. If everything is possible with the liquid, then there is clearly something wrong with the autopsy. The laptop was bought new in sealed form, I did not open it (after all, there is a guarantee), it is also unlikely to be opened in the store (why would they?). I took the laptop without repair. I have already disassembled it myself at home (for the first time), found a small flood in the area of the power button and a torn loop of this very button. After cleaning the button connector and replacing the button itself ($ 15 from AliExpress), the laptop earned like new. 2 stars for not finishing off the laptop and turning off the battery. Repair scooters, judging by the reviews you are good at it, but do not meddle in complex equipment.
