And when the problem arose, I was horrified by the managers' communication style and the administrator's behavior. This is the first time I have encountered such blatant unprofessionalism, although I buy a lot and often over the Internet.
An order was placed on the specified site for a small amount (46.60 UAH). Immediately, when placing an order, it was slightly annoying + 10 UAH for the services of a courier sending parcels (somehow not seriously). Well, let it be, I didn't want to look for another store, the wrong amount. Prepayment and non-cash payment are selected. There is no alternative to delivery by New mail (for my locality).
On Monday, 11/27. the manager called, confirmed the order, said that it was too difficult to pay such an amount by bank transfer to a bank account, we can send it by cash on delivery, there is not much commission. I agreed.
Somehow I didn't look at the NP application, I relaxed already, everything was fine for a long time. The parcel arrived, we have one branch and it is far from home, her husband took it. At home, I looked at the amount and, to put it mildly, was surprised. The payment is 118.36 UAH, the product costs 56.60 UAH. Cool? In the information about the parcel NP 87.11 UAH the amount of return delivery, 31.25 the cost of delivery. Who wants to be surprised.
I call the store, calmly ask what it is and why it is so… I was immediately surprised by the way managers communicate. They don't let me say, they interrupt, they prove that she is a fool, they are right about everything, they send her to the NP department, they did everything right. But, I did not ask to pay for the delivery, it was not discussed. In my understanding, it was done as it should be – the amount of the parcel and the cash on delivery according to the order is 56.60 UAH + I pay for the delivery. Why they allegedly knocked down the amount of goods and delivery and entered this amount as cash on delivery, I do not understand. So that the commission for the client is higher? I talked to two managers, one is more beautiful than the other.
I'm a really calm person, it's hard to get me off balance. They managed to bring me to tears. Because of 30 UAH.
I called the NP hotline, they told me that everything was correct, there were no errors, just a commission for cash on delivery of 2% + 20 UAH. It's wonderful. When I wrote about this in the store's reviews, I was followed by their dialogue with NP, according to which I, again, am a fool myself, everything is wrong))) I was not properly consulted again already at the NP. That is, everything is OK with them, and I'm probably calling the wrong NP.
During the conversation, no one even nominally tried to apologize that there were some overlaps, did not try to smooth over the situation. But they immediately filed in response to the review, a screenshot of the invoice with 1 letter in the surname and 2 digits of the phone smeared, i.e., in fact, they exposed the client's personal information to the public.
As a result, the question is no longer who made a mistake and where, but in the position of management and in the ability of managers to solve problems. It just doesn't exist. Reputation is not important to them, the main thing is to prove that they are right and the client is a fool. "Woman"-style appeals, accusing me of not being able to listen (although it was difficult to get into the manager's monologue, I had to raise my voice), well, traditionally - everyone is bad, we are good. I'm not listening, the NP is wrong, and the store is white and fluffy.
