I tried to replace the steering rack with the one they had, after the replacement there was a creak. They went through it three times, then changed it to another one, but all the time the extraneous sound remained. As a result: the workshop master said that this is how it should be!?, the master receptionist (the only normal person) admitted that the sound was recorded on the phone and advised me to drive up to the Biological (I changed to the Field). They said at the Biological that they don't hear any extraneous sound! After that, he spat on everything and rode "as is". After 7 months (one month after the end of the "warranty"), the miracle rail flowed. They said to my appeal that the warranty was over and they would not do it, and no one cares about what they initially did badly. Contacting the quality control phone did not give anything (I did not understand why they were needed there at all - quality 0, reactions 0). In general, I categorically do not recommend this service station to anyone, the facade is beautiful, the receptionists are normal, but the repairmen are complete zeros! After 3 attempts, we could not make a normal rail.
