I did a pedicure at Elena's. Pedicure for three out of five. The gel polish fell off after 4 days. The worst quality in 15 years.

I am a regular customer of this barbershop. But, I came in today... In the client area, a cleaning lady or an administrator was lounging on the couch.... And another girl was standing next to her and eating something... No one responded to my greeting... To the question "Is it possible to get a haircut?" The one who was sitting just nodded her head... (like, no) Asked why? (after all, no one explained anything..) She said no masters... damn, for 25 rubles such crap? Seriously?
