But the would-be plumbers who made my bath 10 years ago placed the supply faucet and the drain faucet too close to each other, which made it impossible to replace the faucet. Your master not only replaced the faucet, but also did not have to change the drain, concreted into the wall). Thank you, we are satisfied with the work. We are very unhappy with this company! The fact that we had agreed in advance with the master about the electrician's service and were waiting for his visit. After he didn't come and didn't even call, we had to call and find out what was the matter. To which he replied, "I won't come, the engine broke down." OK, it's broken, but why not call and warn the client about this force majeure? After dialing the dispatcher and telling him about the situation, he politely found out the number of the master and said that he would call back and find out what had happened. He called back two hours later, and we had to dial it. He picked it up, and already with some dissatisfaction replied that the other master would only be able to do it in the evening. Of course, after such a "service", we no longer wanted any master, to which we replied: "thank you, we no longer want to use your service," the dispatcher replied "well and good!"
Is it okay to throw and communicate with customers like that? I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
