Last year, the engine in the washing machine first sparked, then stopped working altogether. I called the guys, they came, took them off, looked at them, said they needed to change the anchor and brushes, and left. In the evening, they called back and said that it was already ready. They brought it, installed it, and demanded a lot of money. Externally, it looked as if the old rotor had been cleaned with sandpaper. Four months later, the situation repeated itself. In another workshop, they said that the engine was not even disassembled - the factory rivets were not even touched. They inflate as much as they can.
Demand back the replaced parts!
