I live near the workshop. I always carry knives to sharpen them. It is convenient that near the house, the price for sharpening is also acceptable, only 5 rubles.
Once I found out about replacing wheels in a suitcase, they said up to 50 rubles for work and new wheels. They also repair shoes and household appliances there, but I can't say anything about this issue.
