I brought two watches to replace the glass, one for Vostok amphibia, the other for Seiko 5 , they didn't even take on amphibia, they said there were no spare parts, and when I asked what they wouldn't order, Russia was close, spare parts were available at the factory, logistics would be fine, they offered me to go to Russia myself. In Seiko 5, the glass was replaced, but one luma point was knocked off the dial. I'm not going to this workshop anymore.

Disgusting service, absolutely not professional, when returning the wall clock, they did not check the operation of the mechanism, they had to return it again across the city for alteration. When making a claim, they turned the problem upside down. It feels like I wasn't talking to a watch repair technician, but to a costumer. Horror. There are just no words. I will never go there again.
