I want to thank the doctors and medical staff for their patient and caring attitude towards our younger brothers - Stanislav, Natalia. The cat was operated on for cancer. Despite the age of the cat, everything went well, all the surgical sutures have already healed, the scars have resolved. A cat with a good appetite, plays, lives her feline and joys.
P.S. But she never received the result of the tumor sent for histology. They said the results were delayed... That's all...and the analysis for a minute cost about 13,000 🤷♂️

Excellent clinic. My daughter was operated on by the surgeon Natalia. In our 10 years, we were very afraid. Everything went great. They quickly moved away after the operation. If possible, we avoid visiting Kudryavtseva -she may be a good veterinarian, but she often changes diagnoses 🤷♀️

I brought a 4-month-old puppy 2 years ago - I left it for 5 days, they did not cure it, the price of the issue died along with the disposal of the body 38,000 tenge (stripping). They also took Tobet the puppy- he also died, the Mastino clinic did not cure any of the puppies (both were sick with distemper)....now they have Malinois - relatives took 3 puppies from one litter- ticks bit, distemper, flu, 2 malinois puppies were sick for 4 months - they were taken to the Cat and the Dog and thank God they are still alive....Mastino did not save our pets, although it is 2-3 times more expensive there, the cost of servicing 7000 we paid per day, and in the Cat and dog from 2500-3500 and everyone is alive...The result is expensive-it does not mean professionally and efficiently.
I will never contact Mastino again, okay, the price is the result of 0....Tobet died first, then VEO - although VEO had 2 vaccinations....The puppies were very thoroughbred, imported and expensive, it was a pity to lose them...
