I signed up for an acute pain removal. The record is for 18/30. I came into the office at a little after seven.
It's worth saying that I'm afraid of dentists, so I was shaking and nervous under the office for half an hour. I understand that there is a problem with another patient, but you could have warned me about it at the reception - I would have gone for a walk, sat in the car.
There are no questions about the reception, a very pleasant surgeon doctor and a nurse calmed me down, they were friendly. They persuaded me to treat the tooth, not to remove it.
OK, I trust the doctors. A therapist was called. A female doctor came in, looked at my picture and, without contacting me, began to discuss my situation with the words "well, if she (I) says she is in pain," "well, if she (I) agrees to treat, "everything is terrible for her here," as if I was not in the office.
It's also okay, maybe doctors with a lot of experience lose their ethics in the process. I'll get over it.
She thanked me, paid something at the reception in the amount of 46 rubles (for the picture, probably), and left. They didn't give me the picture, but I was worried and forgot about it.
But after a few days I needed him and I went to the clinic to get him. I waited and took my picture on the disk. I went with him to another dentist, and he turned out to be clean, without an appointment. It was very awkward. I had to make a new one, since I didn't have time to go and find out how it happened.
This is the most expensive blank disc in my life.
I do not presume to judge the quality of treatment, but here are some questions about customer service. I'm unlikely to apply again - so-so experience

The surgeon was not confused by my screams, he said that he would not be able to anesthetize anymore and continued his work, apparently in a hurry to get home) In addition to the sensations, the nurse picked up the corner of her mouth with a saliva pump.

I applied to this clinic to remove a wisdom tooth, a complex removal. On the phone, I clarified the price twice, they said from 150 to 250 BYN. Upon arrival, after the consultation, the doctor charged 350 BYN, with the words "it can't be that you were told 250." On the spot, I decided to remove the top regular 8, without difficulty, since I arrived. 220 BYN.
The doctor coped in 10-15 minutes.
There are no questions about the procedure and the skill of the doctor.
But the price situation is unpleasant.
In addition, while I was waiting for the reception, a very incompetent situation occurred in my opinion. The receptionist and her colleague put a woman on speakerphone who complained about something and giggled with her. I sincerely do not understand such behavior on the part of the staff.

My mother was at an appointment with an implantologist Bely M.G., who suggested that my mother decide for herself whether she needed an implantation or not. In my opinion, the doctor should propose a treatment plan and convince the patient how best to do it. Mom was asked why she went to the clinic, when she replied that she wanted a beautiful smile, she received the answer: "Why do you need to smile?" The doctor sat with a "sour" look throughout the consultation, not showing interest - this behavior can only be seen in state clinics where doctors receive a fixed salary. He did not offer a specific treatment plan, did not convince how it would be right, but told me to think about WHETHER IMPLANTATION WAS NEEDED. In my opinion, a doctor should make such decisions, not a patient!! I would not advise anyone to contact this "specialist" either.

I really like the clinic. I planned to start treatment with an orthodontist for myself and my daughter. In my case, the doctor sent me to another doctor, she said she couldn't help. And I did not find an approach to my daughter at all, somehow dryly (I draw conclusions from visiting another orthodontist) in communication. My daughter said that she categorically would not go to this doctor for treatment, she did not like the doctor at all.
