And although the prices are slightly above average, it is much more profitable and convenient not to wander around the city in search of some small things for the same plumbing, but to go directly to the "Mainland". Here you can always find something you need or an analog.
BUT! The staff of this shopping center is not professionally trained enough. For example, the employees of the information center do not know the "Law on Consumer Protection" and "Rules of public services". And therefore, to put it mildly, they can "put noodles on your ears" when exchanging low-quality goods. As a result, you will write a statement, wait a few days and go to the store again, instead of just exchanging the newly purchased product with an obvious manufacturing defect for the same serviceable one.
Also, in the electrical goods department, the saleswoman had no idea that there were LED tube lamps with different connections (on two sides or on one). Some packages of such lamps indicate the connection method, while others do not. A question to the seller puts him at a dead end and a moment's confusion, and the answer is "Well, of course, from two! The antennae stick out from both sides!"- speaks of unprofessionalism and ignorance of the product they sell.

At the same time, she warned that she would choose tubes from the same batch. We bought them. After some of them were glued to us, we saw that there were differences in color. We decided to contact the store with a question, Why did this happen? They explained to us that this could not happen if it was a single batch. We were sure that we had been sold wallpaper from the same batch, so we wrote a complaint to the manufacturer. But when we got home, we looked at the labels and saw that none of the tubes matched the batch. We returned to the store, showed the labels, and were told they would sort it out. The next day, we were refused a refund. That's how we suffered losses due to trust in the seller's professionalism. Trust but verify.

Then we loaded bags of mixtures, primers, etc. onto these wheelbarrows. At the exit, they asked the information center to provide a loader to load purchases into the car, which they refused. There was hope for a good 7 percent discount on the Novoselov card, but in the receipt for the amount of 1200 bel rubles, the discount was only 9p))
As a result, a broken back, lost time and money. The service is just zero. This was the last visit to this store. In the construction market, the service is higher. Even in the construction store and in the Keramin store there are movers who will load the purchase into the car. I do not recommend the mainland to anyone, avoid this gathering of indifferent people. And you probably shouldn't talk about prices, everyone knows for themselves.

On the plus side: there are departments where you can choose products of different price categories. For example, wallpaper: both Belarusian ones are cheaper, and Germany and Belgium are more expensive. Tiles: both Belarusian , also on promotions, and imported.
There is a program for New residents: a 7% discount on inactive goods.
Of the cons: Garden furniture is expensive, Christmas trees were expensive in winter, and now there are a couple at the same price. There are a lot of seedlings, but three years ago we bought a cherry tree - it did not take root. They are standing in a store without land, sawdust, or water. The prices are slightly higher than in the market.
There is one person in the tile department, sometimes there are two. Buying a tile on the weekend is a sooooo long process. In the plumbing department (where the little things are: gaskets, connectors, etc.) - the same thing happens, there is no one at all.
Screws, screws and so on are much more expensive than on the construction market, the choice is expensive and even more expensive.
And on New Year's eve there is a fairy tale: whole zones are decorated, with decorated Christmas trees, deer, dwarfs. It's very beautiful, many people come just to see.
In general, we like it, it works from morning to night, unlike the construction market, parking is large. If you need something urgently, you can always buy it.

I wanted to buy a carpet. We watched it with my wife and ... we waited for the seller to write it out and measure it (and we already called and said that we would take it).
As a result, the seller "condescended" to us, wrote out a check and sent it to the cashier. I went without a second thought and paid for the goods. Upon arrival, I see an "oil painting": my light path is rolled out face down on the floor (for a moment, today is February 22nd - there is a thunderstorm, snow, salt, etc.). The seller did not even realize that he was wrong. I took this picture. Then he didn't cut it off at all. The argument: "What if you find a spot of willow and refuse to take it?"
In short, the store seems to be quite good, and the location is normal, and the parking lot is large, but such attitudes towards customers and work sometimes negate everything positive.
Updating the review. I received a registered letter from Ernis LLC. That is, I did not buy the goods and still have to go to the post office, spend my personal time (I have work until 18-00, and on Saturday before lunch) to read that they have no other way to humanly release the goods? Oh, oh, oh.
By the way, the track was still bought on a carpet and it was cut off there on a normal SPECIAL table.

It's a disgusting job. I wanted to buy 20m tiles in the tile department. This quantity was not available, they offered to order and bring it within a week. A week after the request, another employee of the department said that the deadline of a week was not realistic and it was necessary to wait another week. After 2 weeks, they said that the delivery dates would not be told because their chain stores are not interconnected. With most of the tile positions that are presented in the store, the same story, 2-3 tiles are in stock,the rest is on order. The delivery time is unknown. Sellers are absolutely not interested in selling and buyers. It's the same story in the interior door sales department. The cashiers are unfriendly, I work in silence) I hope the management will draw conclusions and improve the work of their employees.
