Yesterday we returned from the hotel, had a family vacation, everything was great! The location is excellent on one side of the mountain and on the other the sea. The food for 4 * is good, there is always a lot of everything, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are always available. The polite staff never refuse anything, the animators are just super, they entertain both adults and children all day long. I advise everyone who wants to have a pleasant and inexpensive rest!

Guys, we returned from this hotel yesterday. We had a family vacation. Over the past 13 years, we have visited 9 countries, stayed in different hotels, and visited Turkey 5 times. Excellent location, no swimming in the pools, because there is a warm sea. Polite staff, cozy rooms, neighbors were not heard, sound insulation is normal. There is an animation. The food is decent. As for alcohol and plastic cups, the price corresponds to the quality. If you need more alcoholic beverages, then you are not here, yes, and the price tag will be much higher. I recommend.

All the furniture in the room is tired, the TV is from the 80s of the last century, there are three Russian channels, the remote control is available, but there are no batteries in it, you have to constantly adjust manually. There is no cleaning in the room at all, no one has looked at us once in a week, we had to beg for toilet paper at the Reception. To be honest, you won't be golden, but there are a lot of people at the hotel in autumn, there is always a queue, especially when the meal begins, they sweep everything away from the hungry edge, after about half an hour the situation will normalize, but the choice of food is no longer the same! There is one bar in this hotel near the pool, only beer is tolerable from alcohol, but it is poured into a plastic glass and it is not full, about 70-80 grams to quench your thirst, you need to stand several times in line, for 10 minutes, red and white wine just like vinegar is not possible to drink, and it constantly ends, to in the evening, beer usually remains, and of course sprite cola, and some incomprehensible juices, I asked if they had alcoholic beverages stronger than vinegar wine for vacationers, they looked like a fool, they said this in a five-star hotel you can afford to drink local vodka called rakia, but we have even though it is 4 *, such luxury is not provided. The hotel beach is about 250-300 meters away. We stayed at the hotel from September 15 for 20 nights from the tour. We flew from Moscow by Yamal Airlines (I recommend) food, top-level service, without delays in flights in both directions. We arrived at the hotel at 17.00, checked in immediately, gave a choice of three rooms, without any additional payment. We chose a room on the third floor, the room is large, renovated, clean, 4 Russian channels on the TV, air conditioning and refrigerator were working, 3 towels per person and bed linen were not new, but everything was clean, the shower cabin flowed, but not fatally, there was an additional drain in the floor. They cleaned every day, towels and linen were changed on request without problems and surcharges. WI-FI paid $10 for 7 days, worked well in the room. The window of the room overlooked the pool, there were no garbage cans, boxes and dirt, the territory was cleaned every day, if anyone was shitting there, it was the vacationers themselves, so the claims against them, not the hotel. There are good sun beds and mattresses by the pool, there was enough for everyone, for children the pool is a puddle and they put a large umbrella. In the hotel bar, alcohol is not limited until 20.00 and is not of poor quality, after 20.00 one glass in hand, but they did not limit the number of times. There is no animation, let's face it - there is none at all. Three girls and two boys tried to entertain, but they didn't do it very well. Massage with a hammam is paid 10-15 dollars (as agreed), a free hammam two hours a day - in the evening. The excursions offered by the hotel guides do not cost that much money, good places are far away and the trip to them is very tiring, until you get on the bus and get to the place it will no longer be up to the excursion, and the time of these excursions is very limited. The wild beach is no longer wild, it is polluted by tourists, the hotel will seem like a paradise, and there are many beautiful views for selfies, but that's all, and it is dangerous to swim there. 70% of the guests at the hotel are from Ukraine, very few from Russia, so the chance for Russians to find new friends there is very small, and the contingent at this time is more "for whom" with always "dissatisfied with something", and in general this village of Beldibi is packed with vacationers from Ukraine with squinting glances towards the Russians. Check-in. Since we arrived at 20.30, we didn't wait much before checking in, we went to eat first. When we were checked in, after reading the reviews, we examined the room. The blanket is torn, the closet door is broken and does not move, dust and age-old dirt are everywhere (toilet bowl, ashtray, floors), the lamp is not lit. After we announced this at the reception and the guide, of course, nothing changed. They cleaned themselves
Cleaning. For the first time, and actually once in 12 full days, we "cleaned up" on the 12th, for a minute 4 days later! And then, only after I'm 3!!!! I went down to the reception once and just insisted on inviting the maid to me, then we went to the room "by the hand" with her. She took out a bag of garbage from the bathroom, put 2 rolls of paper, changed towels and that's it!!!! That's it!!!! That's all they did for us in 12 days!next, we bought paper ourselves and washed towels, as we were ignored for all requests for cleaning.
Meal. To say that this is trash is to say nothing. Rotten cheese, soup from the leftovers of a week's half-eaten meal, bones instead of chicken, and of course soy, unbearably disgusting sausage!! Occasionally there was a normal Chicken that could be eaten and rice!!delicious fried eggplant. For breakfast and everything presented, what you can not get poisoned is rice porridge and bread with eggs, well, maybe even flakes with half-milk.
The most delicious thing that was there (closed 12.10) was snacks (mini pizzas) at the bar!
Bar...There is only one bar, on the pool. There was almost always Beer, rarely gin and crayfish.

Animation. She just hasn't been there once in all this time. The slides by the pool were turned on 1 time after the guys just started pouring water from the bags to somehow roll down, the hose was stretched, and so on. Everything in this hotel is on the principle of "entertain yourself", even the guide said so at the meeting upon arrival.
Beach. The beach is not 200 meters away as stated (although it may be considered directly, and not the real way). Old tattered sun beds, terrible entry into the sea, no way without aquashouses. The absence of a bar (it is difficult to call that stall with coffee and water a bar). Terrible shit, cigarette butts and garbage everywhere.
Exit. According to the voucher, we were supposed to leave on 21.10 at 06.05 am, BUT!!!!!The hotel decided to close on 20.10, which we were informed about only on 19.10. Isn't it wonderful???
It was decided to settle the remaining 15 people in other hotels.
Next, we laughed at all the remaining tenants who are from Pegasus. The rest were followed by normal comfortable buses. We were transported by the hotel manager on his "penny" There should be laughter behind the scenes!!!
We were transported to the Larissa Beldibi hotel.4*. This is a wonderful big clean hotel, with polite staff and delicious food. I'm not talking about drinks at the bar at all....whatever you want and in any quantity. 2 swimming pools, working slides and some evening entertainment (for a moment, they were also preparing for closing on 24.10)
It's a shame that for all this we paid $ 1,500 for two for 12 days, while others paid 800-900 for it. What can you do, it's much more expensive from Arkhangelsk.
Conclusion: never, do you hear!!!never go to this hotel.

They tried to put us in an economy room, when they came to look, they were horrified, I had never seen such a poor room in any four. The room is very small with one bed and a shower in the same place. We are two girls and we were not going to sleep in the same bed, at the reception we were asked to give a room with two beds and for this we were told to pay an additional $ 30. We paid extra, got a room with a view of the neighboring hotel, it is 150 meters away, behind a fence. The air conditioner was not turned on, because it is directed at the bed and blows strongly. It was impossible to regulate, they opened the balcony door and listened to the noise from the road all night, at 5:40 from the mosque, which is located 100 meters from the hotel, the imam's prayer poured out from the loudspeaker to the whole village, for some reason no one writes about this mosque. It is every day and very loud, later geese begin to cackle, ducks quack and roosters crow until they are fed at a nearby hotel. Whoever was in the village knows. No one writes about this in the reviews either. It is impossible to sleep. From the 3rd floor, you can see the garbage dump at the next hotel, the entire territory along the fence with Matiate is littered with boxes, garbage and next to the water slide, which stands at the fence from the side of the neighboring hotel, there is a huge dirty puddle where geese and ducks splash. There are cats roaming around the hotel, you can run into their waste by the pool until it is removed. Further on about the food, the food is normal, tasty and satisfying. But only chicken in different versions is made of meat, cutlets did not understand what the little fish was made of. Of the fruits, only watermelon. And this is in Turkey in September! There were various fruits in the tents near the hotel, of course for money. Ice cream is also paid. The dishes are removed immediately from the tables, but since there are no air conditioners in the dining room, all the windows are open, there are a lot of flies in the dining room, you have to brush them off all the time. The beach is 100 meters, the sun beds are located along the passage between the two hotels, the mattresses are all torn, there are stones on the beach, you can only enter the sea in calm along a narrow path between boulders. We always had hot water, someone complained that there was no water. On day 2, our toilet broke down, lived his life, gurgled and drained the water around the clock. A plumber was called every day, he came, flushed the water and left. Every night, with nail scissors, we unscrewed the bolts in the drain plate, took out the insides of the drain system and turned off the water. It was opened in the morning. Every night we showed it to the reception staff, they wrote a request for repairs and... that's it. After contacting the manager of Tui Tour, nothing changed, they promised to do it, and only after a scandal, showing a record on the phone and threatening to write a complaint on day 9, they made a toilet bowl for us. Later, I didn't find my nail scissors, which were instead of a screwdriver. By the way, there is no tool at the reception, not even a screwdriver. 9 sleepless nights is pure mockery. Regarding the excursions, we wanted to buy from Tui in Istanbul. The cost was indicated to us by manager Tui Aliosman at $ 199. The same tour at the Globe turned out to be 177 dollars. And the city tour agency has 160 dollars. Moreover, the operators had a choice of a visiting program, either topkapi or St. Sophia Cathedral. The urban ones have both, and without checking in at retail outlets and leather shops. They are annoying and very cheeky. You will be licked and groped. In the evening, you can walk 500 meters along the road, there are many small shops with various goods. Prices are lower than at the hotel. It takes about 30 minutes by minibus to Kemer or Antalya for 6-7 liras. Minibuses run every 10 minutes. Free WiFi is available on the street at the tour desk, they allow you to sit on their bench and use wifi. Internet is available at the hotel for a fee. Disappointed with both the hotel and Tui. The only good and good-natured employees were the cleaners on our floor. The staff speaks Russian, but not all of them. But you can explain what you need. I will not go any more and I will not buy vouchers from them. If you like to sleep at night, look for other hotels. Yes, the contingent in the hotel is 60 percent Russian, 35 percent Ukrainian. The rest are local Turks. There are some men living in the basement of the hotel, like a flophouse. The beds are bunk beds. Maybe it's the hired help of the hotel, I didn't find out. The most terrible vacation and the most poorly spent money. In fact, of course, there is no question of any 4 stars. A maximum of 2 stars is a stretch. Dirt and squalor are in every inch. The doors, walls and toilets have not been washed in the rooms, probably since the opening. Everything is plastic! Even the plates in the restaurant. At the same time, it is almost impossible to find a chair or the same plate without a crack. There is a very poor choice of food. On the 8th day, I thought I would start crowing. Because apart from chicken for lunch and dinner, and boiled eggs for breakfast, there is simply nothing to eat.
Of the fruits, only dead apples. And this is while tangerines, pomegranates and oranges are just lying underfoot in neighboring houses. The pools are dirty. There is no cleaning in the rooms and replacement of towels and bed linen in principle. There is mold on the walls and curtains. The whole animation basically consists of karaoke from a computer in the evening after dinner. For children, one sad slide and half an hour of cartoon before bedtime. I don't know what the animators do all day .. because they are still here, and even in the number of three people. But I've never seen them even just talking to children, let alone entertaining them. Well, I don't think it's even worth talking about the fact that there are no lifeguards at the pools. The overall impression of the hotel is a barn! The free Internet at the reception is practically not working. The food is meager, with only tomatoes, cucumbers and apples from vegetables and fruits, the chefs add too much pepper and salt to dishes that already look questionable. You will not be waiting for Oriental sweets. There is a lot of audibility in the room, birds and roosters interfere with sleep from 4:00 in the neighboring territory, as well as unbearably loud music, or rather beats. There is a busy thoroughfare right next to the hotel. The entrance to the sea from the territory to which the hotel belongs is not convenient, there is no pontoon, and the pebbles are very large. Everyone who enters barefoot then remains with their feet skinned in blood. The hotel is 2-3 km away, the sea is excellent, but the entrance is difficult.
